Best subway I've had, lovely staff, great service and it was more than enough meat and given many vegetables and a lot of sauce.

Went in with my brother and got 2 subs. They put my salad and sauce on his sub and his salad and sauce on mine. Very dangerous due to the fact that I asked for Mayo and he is allergic to eggs. If we hadn’t checked before eating then he would be in hospital. Not impressed with the lady who was serving us as not only did she get the orders wrong but she was very dismissive, saying that she didn’t make a mistake and that my brothers sub that he was allergic to (due to the Mayo) was what he had ordered. Not happy.

Ignore the comment below, they're a born moaner by the sounds of it... anyway, I've just had a delivery as I'm in a lazy Sunday mood, and I'm super impressed... great sandwiches and most importantly the delivery guy was the most pleasant I've met... this will make me want to try the delivery side again. Thank you to the one who prepared my food and thanks again to the guy in the crash helmet who was at my door a moment ago... last mouthful and I'm satisfied :)

Ordered a sub, didn’t arrive for two hours, had the the wrong things in it. Delivery woman got here, I asked why it has taken two hours and she told me it’s because she’s busy, she then walked off with my tenner and I said excuse me can I get my change? She told me she had no change? Like what the actual hell? I said well if I’m paying for a two hour late sandwich I Atleast want my change, so she said she will check her car, but said can you come out to me because I am busy? She then hands me the only change she could find in her car! What sort of service is this? I want a full refund tbh

I never have a good experience when I come here to this branch and they didn’t fail this time either with their soggy dated tomatoes, lack of cheese, lack of most ingredients and inability to toast a piece of bread properly. I’ll return again in a years time no doubt to be disappointed again.
