Hi Everyone ,I work in this place as a Head Chef and I have the worst experience in my life . I don't get paid buy the owners Atikollah Hakimi , Naeem Akhtar and Shazad Mohammed they still owe me money £450 . I advise all the possible future staff don't work in this place because they will never pay you always delay the payment and after in the end they will not pay you . More than this Naeem who is a drug Addict he borrow money in many occasion from me as a chef to buy his drugs and now he still owe me money 83 pounds. Very bad conditions offer for chef ,no hot water in a house I have to go gym Buzz to make a shower ,in many occasion they leave me without electricity .In conclusion for future employer don't waste you're time here because you will be treated as a slave they don't respect the chef when the chef ask for his payment they say the chef is greedy which is no normal every one we work for money . Don't Go work there !!!!!!!

Absolutely DISGUSTING. Two of our main dishes we ordered didn’t come and the ones that did come were cold wet and soggy. We could not eat the food as the smell and taste was making us feel sick. Please save your money and order from ANY other Chinese place in high wycombe apart from this one. £40 down the drain and still hungry… ****ing joke

Very poor service. Took 2 1/2 hours to deliver and then half the order missing. Chased several times with no response. Unfortunately, not the first time this has happened, but will now be the last for us.

Ordered for collection, got there and was told it was cash or bank transfer. I asked if I could order the food online but obviously collect the food while there, man mumbled something I could not understand. I ordered online and showed him I had completed the online order.The name told me "No", he wanted a bank transfer. He kept repeating "bank transfer". I explained that I have ordered it online for collection. He then began to refuse to give me the food, telling me that the online order was for another business. Not for his business, and that he wanted cash or bank transfer. At this point I stated I would report him to the police. The sign outside says china garden, the website says china garden, the website has their address and phone number......so it must be his company.After I said I would report them for fraud and would contact the police, the man handed me, my food and ordered me to "just get out".PS, this is not my first issue with them. On the 26/08, i ordered food online. They called to cancel the order stating issues with their kitchen. I never received a refund despite calling and speaking to Naaem twice and being promised a refund. They can keep that 26pounds that they clearly need (as they have not refunded it to me) and I hope they choke on it.

I Wouldnt give them any stars but Last week I ordered a takeaway from here like I always do, ive been a customer for 5 years. I placed the order via their website at 2:45 still waiting at 5pm still no food, rang them numerous times they said i hadnt placed an order i gave them my order number but they still said no. Ive asked for a refund several times this week and they are refusing to give me my money back. The man i spoke to on the phone was very rude. Will not be ordering from here anymore. They still owe me my refund.

Please do not waste your money. On 8th October I ordered £60 worth of food as a treat to celebrate my daughter’s new job. Order was placed at 6pm via JustEat. Delivery time was estimated to be 7:30 as they were busy. Fine.7:30 JustEat app shows food delivered. It wasn’t. I telephoned China Garden for an update to be told food was leaving in 5 mins. Again, no problem.8pm and guess what…. still NO food. I call again to be told leaving in 5 mins. Getting annoyed at this point. Yes the food is later than expected but the guy on the phone really couldn’t give a s**t and was quite rude.Eventually, food arrives at 9:15 and guess what… some of the order was missing. I rang to complain and they said they wouldn’t deliver missing food. And I should make a claim via JustEat.Starving, I decided to serve up and eat what we had. I then discover the chicken wasn’t cooked properly …. Still pink in the middle!! Have reported to local authority food safety and complained to JustEat.Please avoid!

Ordered on just eat, £70 order. No food came. Even had the cheek to say on the just eat app it had been delivered. Just eat saying they don't give refunds so now have to mess around doing a charge back claim..scam artists both just eat and china garden.

This take away is 1.8 miles from my house. Once I had the confirmation it was on it's way I was surprised it hadn't arrived half an hour later. When it finally did it was cold. No point in replying to me unless it's an explanation from your delivery driver...

I ordered my deliver at 17.09, i called at 17.22 to make sure they have my order because many times i have had to call after an hour and they say they haven't received it, they confirmed they had my order. Great i think! 18.15 I call to see how long will my order be, he said about another 45 minutes, i said why didn't you say it was going to be nearly 2 hours when i called. I said thats totally unacceptable, i said i will cancel the order and how do i get my money back as i have pre paid, he said go back on the website and select cancel. I go back on the website and guess what no cancel button, i called back he said you need to email us, i'm like you are joking aren't you, i said there is no email address on here. He said add a note, i was saying there is no where to add a note. he said leave it a while. I asked his name he said it was Jake, but not sure that is even true. so i have no food and no refund. Every time we order there is an issue, the only reason why in the past we continued to use them was because the food was good. However I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN i will be going there tomorrow to get my refund
