Just like a mcdonald's, costa coffee does not have service as part of their training. Food is totally inferior for the price.

Visited at about 4.00 pm, not busy but every single table (about 30) apart from 2 was full of dirty crockery etc. Seems like only 2 staff members on duty so not their fault really. Not a good image for Costa - you need to employ more

Costa management really need to take a hard look at this store. 5 very unhappy looking employees behind the counter, zero customer service, serving slower than a sloth asleep. We waited 25 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, and won’t be going back anytime soon.

Lovely coffee shop, shame about the selection of pastries and cakes and their terrible condition.

Popped in for a takeaway coffee while working. Nice lay out, plenty of seating, lots of options for sandwiches, cakes and cold drinks. I went flat white and was quick service and hot. Definitely return for a longer next time and sit in.

Could be better, been here many times and the caramel latte keeps disappointing us. Not emough caramel flavour and no cinnamon for the last year+.Parking: Not enough parking spaces in the weekends

I’ve been waiting outside for 20 minutes as on the website is says they open at 8 however at some point, I went closer to the door and on the paper where they have got the opening/closing times it says 9! As long as I was waiting there were another 6 customer trying to get in. This is ridiculous, change the time as it is very confusing for people!

Staff behind the counter doing all they can to manage the number of people. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anyone clearing away tables/cleaning so the tables in the seating area are, as is often the case here, a mess.Needs a dedicated cleaning staff member, especially on a Saturday to constantly clean and tidy the tables not just when it’s overflowing. Needs management to rethink staffing levels. More needs to be done to ensure the sitting area is clean and hygienic.
