Drivers are always so lazy never bother to ring the doorbell and instead call and text for us to come down each time.Once a Driver stopped in his car blocking traffic and got the pizza out the trunk while other cars beeped behind for him to move as it’s a single lane.This wouldn’t be a problem if you hadn’t increased your delivery fee and base prices.At least the food is meh.

Best pizza ever had in any dominos , manager was super friendly and had smile always even when the whole customer area was full of customers and no tense on his face. Good piping hot pizza been served in 15mins as given initially

I was staying in the nearby Premier Inn, and wanted a pizza delivered to eat while I was in the middle of an online chat; I'd already established that they were happy to receive the pizza at reception and for me to come down to get it. The first glitch was with Domino's online app, which didn't offer the Premier Inn as a delivery option for its postcode. "OK", I thought, "I'll order by phone instead"; that didn't work either - when I finally got a pickup on my call (3rd attempt) I was brusquely told they were busy, weren't taking phone orders and I should use the app. Explaining the app wouldn't let me order for where I was made no difference; they still wouldn't take an order over the phone. (Finally tried a phone order at the Cressex Dominos, which told me I was in the Central area so could only order from there. At this point I gave up.)

Crust was 5-6cms in depth and extremely dry.Garlic Bread - supposed to come with tomato sauce.. no sauce and hardly any cheese and hardly any garlicDough Balls - just dough.. no garlic flavour and zero cheese.Wedges - cold and soggy.Tracking said the food was out for delivery.. but it took over 30mins to come when we live 8mins away.Rang the store.. the person on the floor did not care. Said he would refund 50% of the order total.. still waiting.How this store is still open is beyond me.

1 hr 45 mins for delivery from the store 4 mins drive away. Ordered 10pm so not busy and pizzas turned up stone cold. Pizza GoGo next door, half the price and HOT! Will revert back to them permanently from now on!!! ?
Never order from this place… their website said my pizza is delivered and pizza arrived after 1 and half hour after multiple phone calls. And that was on a normal week day. Zero care for customer. They deserve 0 star.

Really shoddy customer service to be honest... 1.5-hour wait and still no order? Phone up to be greeted with a clearly uninterested staff member who couldn't really care less if he tried. I'm never one to leave a bad review but honestly I'm not overly impressed... I've used dominos before and the service has never been this bad?

Appear to be under new management. Very poor. Rude to the point of being downright offensive. I will be making a complaint to Head Office when I can be bothered. don't bother asking for me to take down this review. it is well deserved. So. I went round the corner to Pizza Hut - Hot food was hot and delicious, staff chilled out and friendly, younger and better looking too thaN THE BAD TEMPERED TEAM AT dOMINOES. iN DID I MENTION, MUCH BETTER VALUE AS WELL?. and did I mention, better value ..? Dominoes appear to have been taken over by the Taliban >:( Utter disgrace really. won't ever be using them again. Pizzza Hut, on the other hand AARE my new favourite <3 thanks Hamal ;-D. i EVEN BOUGHT A HOMELESS WOMAN A PIZZA. aLL YOU NEED IS love RIGHT? iGNORE ALL DEM hATERS.

Apalling, first of all it said that my order had been delivered and then 45min later the guy only appeared with half my order. So I had to then wait another 35min for them to come back with the rest of it. (There should’ve been 4 more boxes)
