We received the worst food and service from the high Wycombe branch, our deliveroo was not only wrong, but dry, burnt and cold, except the drinks that were warm ! I Phoned to complain spoke to the asst mgr Dalibar who as not only not only rude, dismissive and defensive, but claimed a 3 piece meal that consisted of 3 chicken wings is how the meal is, they can pick any and send it, my wife’s Zinger Tower was a normal zinger meal, I explained this to him to which he replied “what do you want me to do we ran out of zinger tower meals” When we told him the food was dry and cold, he rudely said not possible! I even offered to bring the food to the store, he then said it was deliveroo’s job to help and clearly could care less! I’ve never received such appalling service though KFC, we always order with this branch on average twice a week, so would argue we are loyal customers. When we told him this, he sniggered. You have lost a loyal customer, never again! Appalled‬

Parking: Standings for 20 mins in queue.. everyone ignored… as I was first in queue to be served I thought one point they will eye contact and will serve me. 3 rd lady in queue said can I place my order as she shouted .., 1 of them said oh yah come on I will take your order ( with anger). Totally ignored who was first… I just walked off… it’s not first time.., being polite I don’t want shout on someone as I work in hospitality industry. It’s not first time I think in year I left 20 times without ordering as nobody bothered. I only see 2 or 3 people waiting for their food and staff keep laughing and talking to each other without caring customers. I have to put this message here as I didn’t had any option to put went where also. I think it’s last time I visited that place

I'm disappointed this site keeps restroom doors locked and so called manager except visitors to approach staff and ask for the restroom to be unlocked every time anyone wants to use the restroom or wash hands.

The worst KFC I've ever had the displeasure of going into. Toilets are full of poo. Ordering machines do not work and will cancel your order. Staff are useless and dont give you a receipt for your order number. 0/10 would not go

I don’t know how this KFC is stillOpened with all these bad reviews like haven’t you got the hint yet? No one wants to eat here unless they want to be disappointed. Worst place to eat would not recommend. Workers don’t look like they’re enjoying the job. A new member was struggling to take my order and the other people didn’t really want to help. They need to learn a few manners. Tables are dirty instead of standing around waiting to pack orders they should check if the tables r clean. I’ve noticed the more experience workers give the dirty jobs to the newbies.Just don’t come hereParking: It was good

Worst experience with KFC, store was full of rubbish, tables and floor, when we requested the staff to clear up did not seem to be very keen on doing the job ( May be tired of over working ).We heard the staff mumbling about why don’t we find another table to clean one ourselves , very disappointed and shocked with this behaviour.This just ruins the fast food joint for me :-(
