It was gone the published opening time. The donuts were there. The empty boxes where there but the sales assistant wouldn’t serve me as she wanted to finish filling the display cabinet first (for the benefit of future customers). So Krispy Kreme missed out this morning as I wasn’t willing to wait around 20 mins whilst she made the shop front pretty. Customer service 101 - if you’re open serve a customer please.
