Got their grilled chicken burger, it was amazing and the service was impeccable.

Ordered a chicken burger meal and the chicken fillet was just cooked in the fryer making it to dry and was to crispy I had one bite then complained and asked to change it for something else instead they just refunded me at that point I gave him back a pound for the drink I had this has to be the worst periperi shop I've ever visited and it tops the worst customer service ever they should change the name of the shop as its sending a poor message out for the other professional periperi shops around with that attention to food quality and customer service they're lucky to have customers its just a shame I didn't manage to take a picture of that over cooked so call fillet burger

Customer service was terrible.I requested that my burger does not burn when cooked.The employee gave me a bad look, turned around, mocked me in he's language to he's collogue. He assumed I didn't understand their language ?♂️Payed, went out, came back after awhile, saw my burger meal inside a chicken box ? asked if the order was mine (coz it was inside a chips box, never seen it like that anywhere). Worker confirmed it was mine with a funny face.Took my food and was about to leave; when the guy swore and mocked me in he's language for the second time?♂️Food taste was ok, so, I give him 2 stars for now

If I could give 0 I would I ordered from here tonight and the pitta bread was burnt and black and the salad was brown and black . Disgusting food and staff not helpful at all , will never order again

On the 14th of March I had ordered peri peri single chicken platter meal. They told me they were out of chicken so I cancelled order but still.got charged on deliveroo. I emailed deliveroo and they said I would get my money back as I DIDNT receive my order. But peri peri told them I received my order even though I cancelled it on the phone and on deliveroo. I thought maybe just a mix up.. so I ordered again this evening on the 26th of March my food arrived.. my salad was mouldy my pitta was burnt and smelt burnt to a crisp. my chicken is raw I rang them to explain and they were very rude.. i ask for the manager and they put the phone down on me 3 times. Then kept cutting my number off.. once again still been charged. I will be taking it to environmental health regarding the shocking standards of food I received this evening. I will not be ordering from them again or deliveroo as the just take your money and then lie..

The best food. The chips came crispy and STAYED crispy and then the peri peri wings was the goal that won the match, not drenched in sauce but had enough and were grilled extremely well. To describe it in 1 word class.
