There is an extremely rude older bald man with glasses who needs some customer service training! I went there this morning for a cup of tea and a slice of cake. When I asked why he was charging me £2 for the tea instead of the £1.90 price stated on the menu, the man serving me aggressively grabbed an espresso cup and slammed it on the counter saying with so much attitude that is the size for £1.90 tea. I then told him that he does not need to be rude to me and he proceeded to say “do you want it or not” multiple times, which is no way to speak to a customer especially and first time customer. I then asked him if he can hear the way he’s speaking to me, to which he proceeded to tut at me and laugh. I don’t know what this man’s problem is but just because he is mad at the world does not mean he can take it out on customers. He should be ashamed and embarrassed of his behaviour. And I can see from the reviews I am not the only person he has been rude to. If anything he seems to be known for being an extremely rude and arrogant and aggressive man. And from the responses to the reviews seems like he’s the one behind them. So if you’re reading this I hope you can get the right training and improve your customer service because one day you will be rude to the wrong person and karma is very real.Your response is extremely unprofessional. I know exactly how to place an order and my issue was never with how much I my issue was with your stinking attitude. Just because you’re angry that you’re an old ugly bald miserable man still working in a run down coffee shop. Just because your life turned out to be nothing doesn’t mean you can be rude to others.

Lovely little place. Had a tasty falafel wrap which was made super quick as I was in a rush. The man who made it was so friendly. Will definitely come again and will be ordering more.

Very rude members of staff before ordering my friend fed her infant son one is the members of staff came over twise I the space of 10 mins harassing us telling us to hurry up and order as it's for paying customers all 3 members of staff were staring at us made to feel extreamly uncomfortable will definitely never want to come back here.Very expensive not worth the harassment.
