Absolutely the worst customer service I have received. No professionalism at all and no manners on how to talk to female customers. We were recommended to walk 2 minutes towards the Eden centre by the staff as they were disgusted by how we were treated by the male staff working there. That sums up how bad the situation is.

These scumbags sent me a frozen sub. Literally barely defrosted chicken inside of it and entire sub ice cold. Also I asked for tomato and in a footlong sub they put ONE tomato slice. Absolute crooks! How they’ve sent a sub out like that I’ll never know.

We were totally ripped off today, ordered our meal deals and we were told we couldn't have crisps and a cookie as it was either one or the other which is totally not what is advertised on website for this particular franchise. We are visiting the area so thought maybe it was a southern thing but turns out the staff don't have a clue what they're doing. I will take this further
