Disgusting service. No greeting from the staff. I as a customer said hello, which the reply wa, “ What do u want”. I Placed my order. Then with the tuna she just blotted it across. Did not even spread it. Applied the cheese at the corners of the bread. When it came to the sauce. I asked for chili and southwest. Where she said we dont have it. I asked what alternative do you have to chilli, were she replied southwest. I said thats what i initially asked for, with just a blank look in her face. Just an absolute joke. Then to top it off, no bag was offered or thank you. Staff really need to be trained on what customer service is.

Went back after a few month hoping things had improved. But staff still look miserable, lack of basic customer service, and there's no interaction, the lady on the till almost threw the cookies at me , and my Italian herb and cheese bread tasted stale despite being toasted.

Staff make it clear they don't want you in there, miserable and don't listen to the order properly. It seems they want to go out of their way to not be helpful. Food portions have got smaller too.Wheelchair accessibility: Not great for wheelchairs

I’ve visited this store occasionally which is very clean & well organised. There is a wonderful manager Simrat who always serves me good coffee with a pleasant smile & such a lovely & amazing girl too. Even other staffs are very friendly ,polite & treat other customers well.Their sandwiches are really yummy & delicious too?

Me and my brother and friend decided to go to subway as we like there food but we were in shock…. When we entered my friend ordered 1 kids meal she got her food perfectly. When it came my turn to order I ordered 2 kids meal one for me one for my brother they gave me 2 kids meal sandwiches and I payed. When we sat down my friend went up and explained how they only gave us one sandwich each when we need 2snacks and 2drinks ( I was too nervous to go back up there) they said that they wasn’t aloud to give us it because we alr took the food I ORDERED TWO KIDS MEAL I GOT TWO CRUMSSSSS. Not satisfied at all and they were extremely rude as well when I was finished I got a bit hot so I stood outside (before the door was Alr opened) when I reterned to the restaurant they SCREAMED telling me to close the door. very disappointed
Very clean Subway the shop was immaculate. Served by Simrat who was really nice. I will definitely be back.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced so far. Staff have a horrible attitude and make it more than obvious that they don’t want you here. Sandwich was made sloppy with about5 crumbs of crispy onion and to top it all off they charged me for the drink and cookie separately to the sandwich rather than a meal deal price.

The blonde lady was really nice and friendly but the other worker treated her and costumers horrible. Was rude, didn't make the orders right and made everyone feel awkward.
