We ordered salt and pepper ribs that were battered and deep fried but tasted OK however, the Filo Prawns were weird… certainly not filo but just doughy and not at all crispy…. Don’t bother with them! The crispy beef was quite good and we really enjoyed the duck in plum sauce despite it being very sweet… The Thai green curry and satay chicken were OK … Overall a mixed bag…. It would be good if deep fried crispy items were delivered in paper bags rather than the plastic boxes, which make them soggy… cutting off a corner really doesn’t work…. Will we order again? Maybe but they need to make some improvements….

Delivery driver awful. Food even worse, this is such bad food that if I could give minus stars I will. I just hope I don't get sick from this. Most of it going in the bin. Are you cooking this in someone's backyard? Give it up please, you are not good.

Today 18 abril 2023 I went there mor or less at 9pm to order my dinner.The chefe was very polite I made my questions and he was always friendly.The food, I order noddles with chicken and vegetables was amazing. Tank you guys for saving my dayElisa

Quality of the food is too variable. Sometimes great, but often poor. The deliveries and setvice through JustEat are often late and not helpful. I haven't ordered from here for several months.

Simply awful. Chicken balls looked really nice, some of them were massive. Alas, the chicken inside each of them was the same size. You know what that means... thats right, layers of wet batter mix, in a crispy coating. Lemon chicken had a rind on it if you can believe it. Lastly, plain boiled white rice, you would think its a given, that this at least had some edibility, nope...! A hard, undercooked and disappointing insult. I just paid £29, to feed the bin. Well, I was told £29 on he phone, I was given 22p in 1's and 2's, for change, which was handed to me over the top of a tip plate. Back to Mandarin Palace. Hardly the treat we were looking forward to. Especially, when the cost of living has made it so that. a once a week treat, has turned into a once a month treat. Never again!

I used to love Wok Express, but the last takeaway was one of the worst takeaways I've ever had ever. We collected, and the staff were unwelcoming and rude. The crispy seaweed was basically dust, and I had the luxury of watching them microwave it before charging me £5 for a horrible product. The only good dish we had with this takeaway was the beef chow mein, which is one of the best we've had from a takeaway restaurant. I hope it was just a bad day for them, but it was an unpleasant experience for us this time. I'll update the review if we try ordering again.

I ordered for delivery: Chicken & Prawn Pad Thai, Chicken Satay & Char Soi Buns. I placed the order at 6:45pm. Order arrived at 7:45pm (I was informed by text that the order would be slightly delayed). Good sized portion of Chicken & Prawn Pad Thai. The prawns were a generous size. The Char Soi Buns were nicely cooked, warm, soft bread and the pork was full of flavour. There were 4 large Chicken Satay's, the sauce was delicious. Very impressed with the quantity & quality of the food. For the meal including delivery was less than £20. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Dirty, no one has a net on. The place is a mess. Food are left on center open. The man is talking into food as they cook and it smells. The food is overpriced and I felt too disgusted to actually eat it. The green stuff is 9 pound something and the rice is around 5 everything was £14.20 wth?

Food arrived 1 hour 40 mins after being ordered. Order came Luke warm and missing items.Clearly delivery driver took numerous orders out and mine was last.Quality of food slightly below average and that’s being kind.All in all best avoided in the future.
