Been here before and it was alright food with table service.Went in again recently and I asked if we were to order at the counter or if they do table service and the staff sarcastically said “yes you need to order the food to get the food”.In the end we decided to go elsewhere after sitting down as that paired with the grim setting and stained menus tipped the scale. Probably won’t go back again.

This is definitely my go-to burger place. Love the food. Always tasted fresh and you get plenty for your money. Recommended if you want a nice change from the run-of-the-mill fast

Early lunch. No queue. Very helpful gent behind the counter.Great chicken burgerI like some lettuce and tomato on my burger which this was lacking but still very good.Mega onion rings.. mmhhWheelchair accessibility: Ground floor with wide door and disabled loo. Quite a bit of space to manoeuvre around

Food is amazing! We sat at the table by the door, which was left opened by all the delivery guys who didn't bother to close it once they come in, keeping us in the cold! At least the staff apologies about it, as some of the guys were even annoyed of me complaining!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently dined at SmashBurger in Milton Keynes, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Let me break it down:1. Food: The food was excellent! The veggie burgers were juicy, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The variety of options made it hard to choose just one. Kudos to the team!2. Drinks: Now, let's talk about the drinks. The drinks machine was a highlight! It had an impressive selection, from classic sodas to unique flavors. I felt like a kid in a candy store—refreshing and fun.3. Service: The service was a bit of a mixed bag. Our front-of-house person was genuinely trying their best. They were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. However, there were hiccups. Some things were out of their control, like the lack of details on the printed menus regarding vegan and vegetarian options. That's where the experience fell short. What I mean by that is that on the printed menus, there were no details of any veggie food available, and we had to rely on the menu board, or the app, to see what we could eat. This made the service more effort on our side than we would have liked.4. Price: For a satisfying meal of a burger, fries, and a drink, expect to pay around £15 per person. While it’s not the cheapest option, the quality of the food justifies the cost.In summary, SmashBurger offers fantastic food and a great drinks selection. If they can address the menu issue, they'd be a solid 5 stars! ??

Apparently they won an award in 2021 for the food they produced. Its a shame that in 2024 they cant keep up the same standards. Food was Shocking for the amount you pay.

Food was good but 1 meal got forgotten which was unfortunate although they did quickly get it sorted. The refill soda machine wasn't working which was a shame as its always a highlight for the kids being able to use this. It wasn't to busy though which was good as we were a party of 8 and got a table easily on a Saturday night.

As storm Isha started to lash down on Milton Keynes I went to Smash Burger on Kingston. Not surprised it was quiet on a stormy Sunday evening. The staff were helpful and told me about the meal special on burgers. I chose the chicken burger with bacon and cheese, chips and a bottle of diet coke for £10.95. Not much more than a meal deal in McD's. The burger was tasty, fresh and well made. The chips were crunchy and really excellent. 10/10. Not sure on the industrial look downstairs so should have gone upstairs but thought it was closed.
