No change after 5 years or so - expensive for an average choice of drinks. So lacking in any form of atmosphere. Go anywhere else even if it costs more. Staff ok - but only just at these

Met up with a friend here for a catch-up, not really a place to sit and chat, the music was too loud so ended up shouting at the top of my lungs. I ordered sweet potato fries which were good, the service was absolutely fine.

Pre booked a table for a party of 10. Staff were friendly and prompt with service. However we did not order at the bar, used the app. Nice mix of Christmas music, at a good level that we could all talk and hear each other.Festive burger was really tasty and juicy. Can see why they do not put the cranberry sauce, in the burger. Cocktails were tasty and a good selection. Would recommend for parties

We went for the cocktail making masterclass and all I can say is that it is a must book.The host was unreal, it was fun, educational and the drinks were delicious.Get yourself booked into one.The image of all bar one is very nice, toilets are clean and there's a massive range of drinks at the bar

When you enter ,it states please wait to be seated ,so we waited and waited the staff member behind the bar ,made no eye contact .Still waiting over 5 mins I took a menu off another table to read while I stood at the door ,in the end i found a table myself and asked the staff member was it OK to sit here she replied yeah ... I ordered our lunch and asked do I pay now or after my meal Shuggs her shoulders !We ordered fish snd chips and Paella which was very good,the Paella was quite juicy so I asked if we could have some bread,staff said "we Don't sell bread" I kindly asked her you serve flatbreads and pittas with the small plates can i have one of those, I'm happy to pay ,she replied "you can only buy the whole small plate ,She was so Obtrusive she should not be front of house. I walked away Fuming with her manner as my meal was getting cold,I think a manager asked her what I was asking for ,she then called across the bar to say JUST PUT IT THROUGH AS TOAST so a cold piece of bread and butter was brought to my table for another £1.50 While we finished our drinks another staff member came in dropped her bags behind the bar, five mins later Stood at the front door Smoking or vaping not a good advert for your restaurant

Really poor night last night, had threatening behaviour from another customer who was clearly intoxicated in more than just alcohol. Reported to security and management who are clearly intimidated by this person as kept giving him free shots. Even after reporting him, had to result to calling the police as the staff would not assist. After being threatened to be stabbed and his friends would be outside I had no option. Shame on you All Bar One
