Ordered my kebabs by phone, told 15 minutes, I asked for him to give me 20 minutes. I show up 20 min later, 2 large chicken kebabs and chips already waiting for me. He tells me price, I’m sure he said 24.40, I then asked for a bottle of Pepsi 2 ltr, he says £28.10. Just because the maths didn’t compute I asked how much the Pepsi cost he says £2.50. I was just curious. No harm done. This must’ve offended him because he remembered me when I called back. The reason for me calling was because being a sort of regular there I did not feel the kebab was as moist and as tasty as before. The bigger issue was the chips. I tried to eat them because I was starving but after chewing for ages my jaws started to hurt so I gave up. Even my friend didn’t eat his. As I hadn’t seen the boys on there today before I called to find out whether the ownership had changed hands because I was not satisfied with the quality of this meal. I was just asking as I will give them the benefit of doubt as a one off but instead of trying to rectify or even apologise I was met with excuses of me taking long to collect and then the fact that I was halfway through my meal to call and complain the guy said that he knew he’d have a problem with me because of me asking for the price of the Pepsi. Absolutely unbelievable response. I have had great customer service from the owner even Ali who used to be at Kents hill who helped out here at anatolyan kebabs is pretty good. These guys are not what I expect from there. To the owner, please be aware of this review because you don’t want your business run down by the two on today. Sorry to say but I will be telling all the guys who I have recommended to go there to find another van as this place is going downhill. Didn’t eat the chips even though I was bloody starving.

I have been using this place from time to time for a few years and never had a bad experience, the food is always good quality, well prepared and the premises are hygienic. The staff are always friendly and waiting times are not excessive.
