Big store but waiting on the tills is a joke I feel sorry for the staff on self scan really understaffed.

The store itself is lovely, such a great variety of items. Unfortunately, the "woman" who served me at the pizza counter today had such a horrible attitude and made it seem as though "she" was going out of her way to do what she's there to do, I would think twice about coming back here for that section. Otherwise, absolutely lovely store

Poorly stacked shelves , poor selection, not very clean, not enough checkouts open an Asda used to be the cheapest supermarket it's not any more.

Had a good experience shopping here but New Year’s Eve was chaotic for me and that’s because i got there late and was trying to shop last minute. Besides this, not a bad place to shop

Went before work at 07:30 but had to abandon my trolley as there was only one proper till open and only the trolley self-service tills open. Consequently, there was a massive queue. It's Christmas on Monday, why aren't Asda geared up for more customers.

Really is a superstore. Has loads of aisles with a larger selection of goods. You can buy clothes for all ages, slippers and shoes as well as homewares including candles and ornaments too. The food selection is also vast, plus they have lots of choice to suit all budgets for Christmas. Spent ages looking around the store and mostly found what we were looking for. However, the handheld devices were not working, and we tried several times. This meant that we had to queue up at the end to check out, plus we got flagged for an operator check in our trolley, which meant the whole process took longer. OK, so this could happen at any time, but it just made the visit that much longer. Parking is ample and free, which is just as well the amount of time you spend in there!

It's alright I guess. I can never log in to do self scanning which is always annoying. Pretty good prices. I like the Asda cherry cola and Dr pop. The orange crush too. It's a bit of a shlep getting round the store is the only thing.

Awful. Never enough tills open. Queueing is complete bedlam. 1 poor member of staff alone on the front services desk. Complete shambles of a supermarket. The only saving grace are the legends on the pizza counter.

Horrible place. Huge and bewildering. Some dreadful tat on sale too.
Great options and prices but not enough staff on the tills. I was waiting 30 minutes at the till and the member of staff was scanning so slowly.

I am a regular customer to this branch, but unfortunately the service has gone from bad to worse. Yesterday there was a queue, but the member of staff kept chatting to her friends and sharing something on her phone at the till and totally ignore the other customers. When my turn came she didn’t even bother to lift her eyes and said absolutely nothing as if she didn’t want to be there. You would assume that your staff would have received the basic training in customer service. The attitude was diabolical. Very disappointing.

Thoroughly disappointed today with management / security as they allowed in a man with his XL bully. Outrageous to allow such a potentially dangerous dog in an enclosed environment . For goodness sake management / security - do your job. This was on 11th October (2 days ago) around 630pm

No trolleys available at the entrance , store is very large and yet only has one entrance. The one on the other side is closed. Had to walk so far to get into the store.

I had a great experience at this massive Asda store! They've got almost everything you could need, from clothing for men, women, and children to school uniforms and shoes - all thanks to George Asda. They even have a money exchange service. While I didn't use the toilets, it's good to know they're available. The small food court offers a variety of quick snack options, and don't miss out on Haji Baba's big halal meat section. My personal favorite? Krispy Kreme and the coffee machine! They also have a refill section for pasta, cereals, and dry fruits. Plus, there's a salon, a bakery with tempting items, opticians, and a pharmacy. In short, you can easily spend a couple of hours exploring all they have to offer here.Despite all these great offerings, one thing to keep in mind is that you might have to endure long queues most of the time.
