“I visited this branch for the first time on Monday evening and had such great service from Marie. She explained about the app, told me which items were still warm from the oven, she was genuinely passionate about the Greggs products - and she knew everything about each item! The place was immaculate (she was cleaning and sweeping while I was there) and she made it so welcoming I decided to eat in! Which then enticed me to buy 2 extra items as I had more time to enjoy them rather than rushing eating on my walk home. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to make the whole experience so nice. Really enjoyable after a long days work and commute home. Thanks so much Marie!”

“I ordered through Just Eat on 07.07.24 and submitted my order as normal. I got a phone call 5 minutes later from a lovely team member called Karina letting me know an item we’d ordered wasn’t available. She listed off every available alternative so we could have choice and then ever so kindly chucked in a second one for free for the inconvenience.

I’ve never had this kind of service using Just Eat or Deliveroo before - usually it’s a rejected order when something you requested isn’t available.

Karina went above and beyond with her small gesture and it really went a long way.
