Dirty restaurant, dirty toilets, dirty cutlery, sticky table, horrid food. Salad was off. Had to send it back. Had the cheek to charge me for the food that I didn’t eat. Will not be returning. Poor on all levels.

Stood at the door waiting to be seated whilst they chatted away. Then asked if we would like to sit at a dirty table.Just plain rude.We left. Some of the seating areas were very close together as well.

Warm and friendly service from our table host, Joshua, who was friendly, attentive and efficient. Great menu with wide choice of dishes. Our meals were served promptly and were delicious.

Booked a table for 5 for 5.15 as we were going to the pantomime at 7.00. We arrived on time but no table for 5 was available. A waiter pulled together 3 tables of different heights. One of the tables was filthy and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. There was an empty table for 6 next to us but it had not be cleared and there was rubbish and food waste underneath it. Waited for 25 minutes but nobody came to take our order so we walked out. Seriously understaffed and chaotic.

Visited with my husband before going to the pantomime. I had booked a table as had a feeling wpuld be really busy and I'm glad we did as restaurant was full. Was taken to our table and didn't have to wait too long before our orders were taken. Service was quite slow unfortunately but staff were friendly and food was good! Would reccomend if you are going to theatre give yourself plenty of time! We gave yourselves 90mins and finished about 20mins before show due to slow service. Worth a visit though just allow extra time

Zero atmosphere. Really disappointing pizza - which for an Italian is embarrassing.Do not order the chicken wings - they were grey and looked as though they'd been 'cooked' in the microwave. It was the only restaurant on the strip that had loads of tables free and had no wait, and now we know why.

Lovely meal and attentive staff.

I arranged for a family dinner before the theatre, having visited recently and been pleased with the service I received. Oh dear! That was not our experience this time! The service was slow and disorganised, despite being asked for a pre order and deposit, which I supplied the week before, they had trouble finding my email, then proceeded to serve the table next to us who had arrived 20 minutes after my family and had ordered from the al a carte menu!! We were unable to eat our desserts as we ran out of time and would have missed the start of the show. To complete the evening, they had not taken our deposit off the bill so more time was spent sorting that out! All in all, a very disappointing and stressful visit, we won’t be rushing back!

Awful service, overcharged and the waiter who was called Alexa made someone from our party cry after arguing with us and being rude and denying the bill was wrong. Eventually went back to check the bill and admitted they had got it wrong! After all that.. honestly shocked with this awful behaviour.

The food was good. I did have to wait a long time to place an order and had to remind the staff we wanted to order.

Good service , but unfortunately the pasta spaghetti carbonara had no cream sauce , mushrooms or anything about it . It's an easy dish to make , sadly my home pride bacon and cheese sauce faire was better . I can buy a m&s microwave meal for 3 quid . The pancetta was ? burnt, big black bits hidden under the pasta . My friend had a spicy sausage and it looked like a baby had chewed it and thrown it in the bowl and the chillies were cut way to thick and raw The pasta had no sauce . I had a replacement pepperoni pizza that tasted like a £1.99 Iceland stone bake, like a dry table cloth it was horrible.. I was there on a guest offer which ment one diner had a main free course.. The dishes are in between £12 and £17. The food is not worth it .the only thing that was nice was the dry pizza garlic bread with caramelised onion. All of the food in that Milton Keynes complex near the theatre has been overpriced and disgusting.

Food was really good and had an enjoyable experience since the waiter was very friendly. Food was also served quickly and I’ve been here before, and I can be sure that there has been an improvement. The overall team works hand in hand and with great coordination. Overall had a memorable experience and will definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic visit. After having a really bad experience in the other branch (mk1) we had not gone to Bella Italia in 2 years despite having over 70quids worth of vouchers which expired in July 2023. We arrived early and was sat straight away by the friendly lady at the front. The other gent soon came over to serve us while the lady found us a table which was amazing (worlds apart from MK1!) Then our waiter, the young lad with black short curly hair was extremely attentive and professional. There was a slight delay with our mains but he kept us up to date completely and even offered us some drinks as a gesture. Honestly, the team here are great and i'd definitely strive to have a team as seamless as this if i ran a restaurant. Thank you, we will definitely be back here sooner than 2years!

A pretty Italian restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Lovely staff and service. Food was spot on.Recommend the spaghetti meatballs and the spicy sausage pasta if you can handle a bit of spice.Mozzarella sticks and the calamari are a must.Dietary restrictions: A very friendly gluten free menu and a couple of vegan options as well.

Nice restaurant set in the MK Theatre District, typical Bella chain menu always a decent standard. I tried the new lasagne pizza I thought it was really tasty. The only downside to the meal was the fresh salad, there was a lot of lettuce and the cucumber had seen better days. We did send it back and the replacement was a lot better. There was no atmosphere as it was a Monday lunch time, but overall quite enjoyable.Worth a visit.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available
