Popped in for some quick dinner with the kids after doing some last minute shopping and it was lovely. We did not think to book but the lady at the door she managed to get us a table despite them being busy. The kids loved the pizza and I went for a classic lasagna( lovely taste and amazing presentation). The waitress Juliane was great , helped us to make our food choices and been very attentive .

We had a late Xmas party this week on Thursday and the team was great. Unfortunately we were not able to get them a food pre-order especially for such a large group like we were but they still did great , food arrived on time and we could not be happier. We felt bad that they had to deal with such abusive behaviour from a group of people that had to be removed by the police ...the staff still kept their smiles and continued with their job . Natalie was our waitress and she was great, we will definitely recommend.

A posh restaurant with great table service and food is absolutely delicious. We chosen vegetarian option they do not cater for halal diet. Desserts were delicious and flavoursome better to ask for non alcoholic desserts if can not consume alcohol. Natalie served my family she is friendly and welcoming made my family feel comfortable.Vegetarian options: Pizza selected ones.

We were greeted on arrival by a girl with ginger hair,she welcomed us with a smile and was very friendly and took us to our table. Jess served us all evening, she was a credit to your business and deserves recognition. Nothing was too much trouble, she was delightful, never stopped smiling and checking everything was OK. The food was excellent, hot and delicious.

Lunch before shopping. We had a quick stop before we went shopping, had some prawns for starters and for mains we had the ribs. Staff were friendly and always there to help .

Very good food and excellent service for a group of 22 people on a busy Saturday night. We had a similarly positive experience when eating there in May 2023.
Pasta portion was small but delicious. Service was good. Have the option to pay and order online whilst on the table. One of the few open at lunchtime.

The restaurant looks nice but in the menu you don’t have many nice options. We ordered here right now(we are still in the restaurant) the food came in 5minutes, re-heated, the chicken and fries bit too brown and bit too crunchy, because just burned a bit more in the oil to reheat them. In my dish the vegetable was or full raw or the potatoes not fully boiled. In the menu sound so good, but in reality all is very basic like in any random pub. Overpriced very basic simple food. We will not return to Bella Italia. This type of food I can get in any corner of the street in any pub
