Ordered whoppers with bacon and cheese.....but ended up with no bacon or cheese. Ordered chilli cheese bites.......but ended up with a small fries. Bit of a joke really when your paying premium prices for fast food.

Atrocious service at this Burger King. There was only a group of 3 people in the restaurant and nobody in drive through. The staff were chatting. I asked if I was going to be served. The response was "Yeah, I'm coming" and they continued to chat. McDonalds across the road was packed with people. No surprises why. I went there instead which is a shame as I prefer Burger King food

Damaged alloy weels as they have a loose kerbstone in the drive-through/exit lanes that can not fit two vehicles in parallel on the bend despite the markings. Very greedy on the space. Horrible place.

The dudes in the back were preparing the food without wearing any gloves or hairnets! I was aghast! The only person wearing gloves was the lady at the till and she was not handling food. Makes me rethink...

Feel like I have been robbed!. Just spent nearly £29 for 3 large whopper meals and another large fries. Got the 3 whoppers and drinks but 2 , yes TWO portions of fries. What's going on with this place. I will be calling in to get this food replaced or a full refund as the whole meal was ruined. I am disgusted!....

Comparing to McDonald’s, Definitely worth the extra £2 or £3 that you will spend.Fries are always fresh, crunchy outside and soft inside.Burger taste real and the drinks are cold and ice is always available.Don’t understand why people still going to the golden arcsParking: There’s plenty of parking in the complex in front

Parking max reduced from 90 mins to 60 mins. Was not aware of the change and had to pay £60 for a 79 mins stay. Not a dine-in option for families.
