All I could smell was burnt cheese and an overwhelming smell of cigarettes, like someone was smoking inside. Apart from that it is OK for a chain store.

This is a decent Costa coffee right in the centre of Milton Keynes... adjacent to John Lewis and the Middleton hall.\\n\\nStaff are hardworking and efficient...this one is always busy.\\n\\nIt can be abit packed in summer time. Their sandwiches and coffee are on point, can be abit pricey but hey I guess Costa standard is high!\\n\\nThere is a phone charging point in the shop, outside seating area available. Family friendly as well.\\n\\nNot sure I saw a toilet but could be there somewhere...loads of paid parking around.\\n\\n???

I get that this a busy store but, not for the first time, tables are dirty and myself and other customers are having clear and clean our own tables.\\n\\nThis shop is understaffed consistently. I've sat outside for 25 minutes and not seen a single person come out to clear up because they're all flat out serving drinks.\\n\\nA real shame for a usually great brand.

It's expensive for a coffee because of rising wages and also of the global economic situation also of the brexit fiasco. But for a coffee lover its inexpensive and a must. There are in average more than 5 employees at anyone time serving and cleaning the customer areas. There's sandwiches available also there are kids choices available in case you don't want your youngsters to drink s cafinated beverage i.e: water, innocent smoothie as well as other options. there is also cakes available for purchase and to be consumed on or off the premises and during summer time you can sit outside as there are seating outside the shop.

Costa coffee does a nice almond latte, plus a couple of items of vegan food, staff friendly and great.
The staff were amazing, and.super friendly. One thing I was unhappy about what a staff member called Tom. I found him to be rude. He wasn't a very friendly man, and I thought he was treating his staff with utter disrespect. It honestly made the entire atmosphere so uncomfortable.

Conveniently located! However I've noticed that only one of the many tills is only open causing a long queue to be served! Not sure if the management will read this, but they seriously need to get more people in to serve from multiple tills.
