Sadly since new management taken over and a lot new staff standards of products and service have dropped considerably .All though the new manager is realy lovely women and has a welcoming smile I feel she is way to young and lacks experience for such a busy unit.I personnel feel the staff need to be trained to a higher standard they all running round like headless chickens getting orders wrong, there a lack of supervision, shouldnt have new or less experienced staff to be left to do drinks and service. I have been coming regularly to this store for over 2 years now .

Filthy chairs , tables, walls and smells of sick in seating areas where stains on chairs are not wiped clean

Lots of hilarity amongst staff ,not saying staff should not enjoy their place of work but very noisy to customers. menu for coffee types not displayed on changing screen so could not choose unless I waited for it to appear , not good if place quiet and have to wait for coffee menu to come round to coffee menu. Flies crawling all over cake display which is open at behind the counter side , convenient for staff but more convenient for the flies. Not sure if I want to go back to costa which I am told is better coffee than the other coffee shops.

I've been a regular customer at the Costa branch in Milton Keynes for over 5 years now, and I've always been impressed with the friendly and efficient service. The staff are always happy to see me and know my order before I even ask. They're also very accommodating, and they're always willing to go the extra mile to make my experience enjoyable.One of the things I love most about this branch is the upstairs area. It's a large, spacious room with plenty of seating, making it perfect for working on my laptop or meeting with friends. The lighting is also very good, which is important to me when I'm working. There are also power outlets at most of the tables, which is a lifesaver when I'm working on my laptop for a long time.The upstairs area is also very quiet, which is important to me when I need to focus. I can usually get a lot of work done in the upstairs area, and I always feel relaxed and comfortable there.The only downside to this branch is that the upstairs area is often closed. This is usually due to staffing shortages, but it can be frustrating when I'm planning to work there and I find that it's closed. I've even had to go to other branches in Milton Keynes because the upstairs area was closed at this one.Despite the occasional closure of the upstairs area, I would still highly recommend this Costa branch to anyone looking for a great coffee and a friendly atmosphere. The staff are top-notch, and the upstairs area is perfect for working or socializing.I've also made some good friends at this branch over the years. The staff are always happy to chat, and they've always been there to lend a helping hand. I've even had the staff cover my table for me when I had to run out for a few minutes.Overall, I'm very happy with the Costa branch in Milton Keynes. It's my go-to spot for a coffee and a chat, and I always feel welcome there.

Busy place. Service a bit slow. Spilt coffee on floor with no warning signs...so I reported it and whilst I was in store (half an hour) still nothing was done about it. Usually low Costas but this one is lacking in H&S management!

A nice branch to grab a quick bite and get some work done, plenty of tables and powerpoints. The staff are extremely polite and welcoming. I spoke with Roxy who was delightful and extremely polite to every customer.Vegetarian options: Great choice of vegan / vegetarian

Cosy and lovely place to be, especially in the morning, if you are lucky and have a good view through the window.

My child (2 years old) contracted Good poisoning from this costa after eating their 'famous mac and cheese' she was vommiting for over 42 hours which resulted in a hospital visit. Food is not kept to temp in their fridges and their appoloy through customer service was 'if you haven't taken a picture of the packaging we cannot help you.' I'm sorry I didn't preemptively think about salmonella when in cost coffee.

It's getting ridiculous!My wife drinks Mocha with orange syrup!Costa only has Hot Chocolate with Orange syrup in the menu, or so she was told!They refused to make a Mocha saying that it's not in the menu!She could have Mocha with any other syrup, apart from Orange syrup as "It's not in the menu and we don't have enough stock"Ridiculous!Management must do something before it's too late!It might not affect you short term, but we won't be back!Over years we've watched the cleaver way Costa has built its very successful brand one customer at a time. I think the wheel it's now spinning anticlockwise, at the same pace! Gotta watch this!

Staff too busy to clear the tables. I moved the tray of cups, etc, from one table to another and asked for a cloth to wipe the table. The batista asked a member of staff to do it. He was not happy to do so, left crumbs on the table so I asked him to give me the cloth to do the job properly, then I used the tiny paper napkins to dry the table. Staff attitude was a real downer. Won't go back to that Costa....
