Quite honestly, I'm not a massive fan of Costa coffee. Not that I don't like it. I just don't go very offenders and on there I put 3 for each one because I don't know so it's not fair to. I need to say either way why am I in the top 10% of people? I came in to get a coffee and something to eat. In a lot of Costas I’ve been to have the food covered. Mainly to prevent it from drying out. This place everything is open. And I witness flies on the food. It interesting that they don’t have their hygiene rating on display. I wonder why.

Always seems to have everything Costa does, staff come across as helpful,keen and even if busy seem to keep things moving at a good rate.May not be the largest branch around but just has enough room to sit if you wish with some tables placed outside within the Kingston centre.Not a bad option if in the area

We took our trainee service dog into the cafe and was made most welcome by the barista. Our dog did accomplish a settle and was quite happy. Thank you

Nowhere to sit as a two thirds of tables littered with past customers cups. Walked out and eat elsewhere. An hour later walked back past it and still unclean. Shoddy

Useless - 3 times in the last week we have placed orders for delivery from this store - we ordered mango and passionfruit coolers and instead got something completely different and items missing - either the staff in there don’t know what their own items are - or they think they can send something you didn’t ask for regardless. Needless to we won’t be wasting our money with them again
