From the moment I came into Newport’s gem, Costa coffee I was made to feel welcome.Not only did the staff all seem happy they were helpful too when I was asking questions.They seemed to want to help me but also assure I had a lovely experience.I asked their names to make sure when writing this review I could feed back accurately.Anna, Megan and Matt seemed to have a close bond and work so well as a team that not only affected the service but also made for a warm and friendly vibe.Thank you for looking after me and my family when I visited.

Just want to share how lovely and amazing the team were at costa today. Was having a horrible morning and was visibly upset. I was served by Sophie who was so kind and compassionate towards me and made a very kind gesture. It definitely cheered me up knowing there are very kind hearted people out there and want to express how much I appreciated the kindness received today.

Unfortunately no toasted tea cakes left by the time I came in (4.15) but had a nice mince pie instead. Asked for extra milk with my pot of tea and barista grudgingly gave me an extra half jug. ?

This place has gone through it. my god, I've vomited in these bathrooms been on dates, made friends, enemies and even actually bought coffee and though my heart broke when they removed Cold Brew coffee from the menu and while I know that if you buy anything but ice coffee it will take three years to be delivered I love this place and have never had an issue with the place in my life. Love it. Go here and get an iced americano, no milk, no sweeteners. its fire. trust me.
