Had a frustrating experience trying to request my order. After five attempts of clearly stating it, it wasn't worth it so I took my money back and headed out. This is why I preferred to use UberEats pickup but they've taken themselves off of there.It is also really disappointing that they still only take cash and there just happens to be an ATM that charges £1.99 for withdrawals nearby. For that alone I'm discouraged from going again - they should be able to take card payments but claim the machine doesn't work. Sounds dodgy to me...It's also weird that they have advertisements on the window for things they don't have on their actual menu (e.g. milkshakes, which only the Netherfield branch does). Non locals would be misinformed and disappointed.Overall, it's a shame. I used to enjoy coming here as a local but I won't be anymore.

The food and service has gone down hill over the years. It used to be the cleanest and nicest burger place in Milton Keynes but this is no longer. Rude staff that are totally useless. Food that that makes you sick because it is dry or old. They are no longer clean, touch money then make your burger and touch it. I dont recommend anymore

Somehow they stop serving food at 9pm, only stuff left is their dry chicken thats been sitting there since 11 this morning. Refused to make any more food considering they close shop at 11pm.. considerably rude staff.

Hello,I am customer of Favorite Chicken. I have faced one issue on one of your branch and I wanted to make you aware.There is a branch in Bletchley - MK3 7DE. They all the time focus on cash. They everytime lie that their card machine is not working but in fact it is working fine. I went there first time they said to me that bring cash as we accept cash only due to machine being faulty.Second time, I went there and they said to me the same thing that bring cash. I said I will order more food for my family as well then they took money from me by using machine. It was working fine.Today again I have tried to order food for my kids on phone. She mentioned that please bring cash as card machine is faulty.I am hearing from other mates that they don't wanna pay tax and they don't wanna give comission to Branch (Fav chicken).I can show you proof that their card machine is working in the screenshot for your reference.Can this be addressed please as this is not good for the reputation for the Favourite chicken. I am thinking to contact HMRC about this as they are stealing the tax on the day light.Contact me if you have any questions. Also, you can see in the screenshot I have paid by card twice.

Chicken was good and not to greasy.Hot wings were crispy but not very spicy in my opinion.Chips were a strong 8/10, could have done with an extra 20 seconds cooking for that crisp effect.Coleslaw was ok.Beans were ok.Unfortunately my order included 4 doughnuts, that I never got! Didn't realise until I'd got home.Their Spicy chicken burger is one of the best!

Food is always good but there’s always one member of staff that all ways says card machine is not working(lady). But the next day and the day after that it’s perfectly fine with a different member of staff. Very disappointing (do they want to pocket the money for them selfs) who knows. Shame. Be careful.
