This is the first time ever visited a five guys... and the experience was amazing thanks to Stefan and Kaviena. These guys provide me with amazing customer service which was genuine and the food was nice also. Thank you guys for being so nice and friendly. I will be recommending the MK to all my friends and family mainly because of the service provided to me by Stefan and Kaviena

Wasn't the greatest burger I've had. I could have just been unlucky on that particular day. But the meat tasted rank in my burger, like it wasn't fresh.

You get what you're after at this place. Plate of hot oily food. Taste good and morish, great for the taste buds, not so much for the waist line but obviously i'll be back. The restaurant isnt really relaxing inside, but i think that's the brand. Fast noisey food. 5 guys fast american food.

This was my first visit to a Five Guys. For fast food I thought the burger was great and didn't feel like I was eating fast food, but there was no pretending it was in any way healthy :)Just let down a bit by indifferent staff and a really stark and clinical environment with no atmosphere at all to the restaurant.

Most Five Guys have a little more about them...Portions are normally huge and so so tasty, but this one came up short on both occasions we'd been in.Burgers are quality, but at restaurant prices for a take away?! Chips for a fiver, milkshake another fiver and that's a lot of money for a family!!Vegetarian options: Forget it... this is meat!

One of the best burgers I have tasted and the staff ate so warm and friendly. Just be sure to listen out for your order number as you can't always hear if you are sitting at the back.

I order here every week, other than having cold stale fries a lot that I have had to ask to be changed, the food is usually great. Yesterday I ordered my usual, bacon cheeseburger in a box with 1 extra patty, £13 for 3 burger a bit of cheese and bacon is a lot but it’s always nice. Yesterday my wife collected and we drove home which is 12 miles, when I got home I had 1 patty not 3. I called up and spoke to Tyler, he didn’t care at all, he then put me on hold went and spoke to the production line and when he came back he said no they said they remember the order and they put 3 patties in. I could not believe he was basically calling me a liar. I spend about £40 a week here for my family, why would I pick today to try and steel 2 patties from you. I was not even going to drive back, thanks for ruining my 1 cheat meal a week and then calling me a liar. This is not the usual service I get from five guys. I won’t go back to this store.

Cheeseburger all the way, cajun fries and a vanilla Dr pepper. Pure heaven. I don't need a menu when I walk in, I already know what I want! That's all I can say. I love Five Guys, always. The xscape one is normally clean whenever I go in and quick service, but then I usually go at quieter times. I did go once where it was so busy that they struggled with the amount of delivery orders on top of sit in orders that they had, so the wait time was higher, but, I've worked in fast food, I know the struggles so I'm happy to wait a little longer, especially for a five guys!Parking: The xscape car park is big, along with all the other car parks in MK centreWheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking is free at the xscape and located all the way round the building closest to the various entrances.
