Incredibly rude staff, I ordered a tea and the milk had run low in the jug so I took it to the staff asking them to refill the jug I was expecting them to refill and give it back to me but instead it didn’t come back for another 20 minutes… I went to the front and asked the lady at the counter politely but instead she looked at me ignored me and called for the next person. After waiting for the next person to be served I tried again and to no surprise I was ignored so I had to go round the side and call out to the other staff requesting the milk. I asked politely and mentioned I need to leave as my break was over and I just wanted some milk for my tea I mentioned I had been waiting and a man possibly Ryan? looked at me, shouted at me telling me I can see they’re ‘clearly busy’. All of the customers inside Greggs heard him shout at me, it was demeaning, embarrassing, unprofessional 4 of my colleagues also witnessed. What a horrible hostile environment for customers for your staff to shout at customers loud enough other customers hear a few bystanders even said how it’s common for them to be like this and that they are horrid which made me feel better and less alone.

Just got a meal deal that was supposed to be 3.35 yet got charged 4.55 but unfortunately didn't have time to ask, staff very rude with bad attitude, the lady at the counter didn't even look at us and seemed in a bad mood, cheer up it's 10am and don't make your bad day our bad day. Manager came to help as staff couldn't void the bill and Manager also didn't say a word or even look at us. Very unwelcoming would not recommend.

The usual food and prices for a Greggs, but the worst staff & service I've run across anywhere in Central MK. From overcharging to arguing behind the counter, the staff all clearly hat working here and are quite willing to take it out on the customers. Go to the little cafe just opposite instead and get treated like a human being.

The staff at this Gregg's are friendly and professional unlike Nicola, the manager at the central milton keynes Gregg's who is a very rude and horrible woman.
Busy and friendly place - located on a windy corner, so be careful if sitting outside !
