“Rhys was phenomenal. We always anticipate good service at wagamama’s but Rhys’ service was next level. He greeted our daughter equally to us and included her throughout the experience, which is so lovely to us as we try to build her social interaction skills and involve her as an equal in our activities. This was our first time eating out as a family since finding out our daughter has a nut allergy so we weren’t sure what to expect when notifying the team of the allergy, but Rhys explained well and was helpful.

He continued to check on us during the meal, realised I had been waiting a longer than normal time for my meal, and came over to check in and then went to check on my meal. it was such attentive service without being overbearing.

we were thrilled with our meal but even more so with our overall experience which was all thanks to Rhys and the other team members involved in our business.

“Honestly, this is my regular go to place for my lunch whenever I’m in Milton Keynes. This place has the most incredible hygiene and staff. They are so lovely and so compassionate. I’m now a regular as the bento boxes are priced so well. I am in London quite frequently now and this would cost so much more for what you get.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m seriously impressed by the service, the timings of everything and how fast they are at everything. Fast but never missing out on top quality food. I don’t think the staff realise how great their service really is.

It takes years for a restaurant to get this good but they have delivered on every single point. I have been coming here many times and I can’t get enough of the food, the vibe and the atmosphere. It’s so nice!”

“Wow, wow, wow! This is such a hidden gem. A supermarket full of amazing ingredients and foods I absolutely love. We had 2 mains and 3 sides for an excellent price for so much food. The food was amazing too. I highly recommend visiting. Great service as well, everyone was so friendly and helpful.”

“Great food, ideal for pad thai cravings ? Portions are just as they should be - not too small and not too big. Gyoza dumplings with truffles and mushrooms were so tasty too. I was pleasantly surprised with green macha with strawberry latte drink - tasted delicious! And the stuff is very friendly and always smiling. Definitely recommend it ?”

“First time visiting this beautiful restaurant, had been to the Wolverton one some 6/7 years ago and was equally as impressed. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was fantastic and the restaurant clean and inviting. Only criticism would be that it was a little too cold in the restaurant. Will definitely recommend and revisit. Thank you.”
