Fries missing from 4 person order. When outlet was notified they assured that they would be delivered within 5 or 10 minutes. After an hour of waiting we gave up. Terrible service and food mediocre. Can’t comment on the fries as they never made an appearance.

Wow absolutely shocking went there tonight and it took 30 minutes to get our food and we was only the 6th car back, when we got it through food tasted dry and tasteless, I now have a dodgy belly from it would not recommend the westcroft kfc, also 2 meals and 1 extra burger was £29 so expensive!

Food is fresh and tasty. Great for collection but no attention to those who eat in. ( Only few do, but management should make sure the place is equipped with wet wipes and that forks and plates are offered). Where are the BBQ sachets?

Ordered through just eat, no issues with delivery just the food. Chips were cold, corn on kob was grey and they missed a meal, so had to drive down there then ,I get quizzed saying they added it when they didn't. After arguing with them they gave me the extra meal. Jokers.

I have visited this KFC a few times, and it is hit and miss. Last time visit, food was delicious and freshly cooked. However, we were waiting for 5 minutes, with 1 till being opened and only dealing with 1 customer. Another 5-10 minutes for burger and chips being ready. I thought that the definition of "fast food" meant to be fast, not slow. Staff lacked a smile and was showing a rather negative attitude. MC Donald or Tim Hortons opposite, therefore much better choice.

Used to be my local go to place until the food and service got so bad it was a joke . Went back today to find all new staff, service was quick and efficient and the food was back to its brilliant best.Happy customer

Morissons Forzen Crispy chicken is far better than KFC. KfC chicken is full of oil and no crispness, over salted. Overall not worth for money you spend.

Went to buy 3 meals at 10.49, sorry not cooking you can only buy what we have left , staff very rude and uninterested wish i had on film as a mysteryshop. Really ! Does it take 11 minutes to cook a chicken burger. Another lost customer , you would think in this climate they would be a little more flexible, clearly no customer care skills.
