I come to kikis caft yesterday and Was served by a women called Kia who was very polite and Kiera who brought my drinks to the table,Very good service considering how steady it was,Amazing and will Be back soon xRecommend the chicken wrap but also wish you still done the chocolate French toast.

Today we decided to try brunch at Kikis as we'd only ever had a coffee before. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We ordered two coffees only one arrived. They then served someone else their coffee who had arrived and ordered well after us. The second coffee finally arrived but we had to ask for sugar to go with the first. After a half hour wait for our food only mine arrived which was Luke warm at best. It took at least another five minutes for my husband's to arrive and when it did it was cold and not edible. When raised with the staff they did offer to replace as well as refund but having waited so long for the food in the first place we simply didn't have the time so just had it refunded. The staff clearly didn't want to be in work today as the customer service was near on non existent and any service they did provide was extremely slow and unfriendly. When I raised the issues we'd experienced with who seemed to be in charge we were offered a very disingenuous apology. Sadly I do not think we will be returning when then are so many independent eateries in Milton Keynes that offer a warmer more proficient service. In a positive the coffee is very good.

It was my first visit to Kiki's cafe and I really enjoyed the cosy atmosphere it offered. It was a weekday so the cafe wasn't too busy. The food was great - I had a French toast and a latte. Very warm service from the staff Kia, Ramona and Claire as they double checked with my dietary preferences. Great coffee and lovely place in general. I'll definitely visit there again

Popped into Kikis Cafe this week for a bit of lunch, its the first time id ever been, the food was absolutely delicious I will 100% be returning again, the service and help I received from Kia, Claire and Ramona was outstanding they was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble even if the food wasn't as good as it was I would return again just for the customer service I received.thank you so much ladies ⭐️⭐️

Top quality 100☆ review from me & mine. And to top it all off I want to say a massive thank you to Kia who made the whole thing through most enjoyable 'quick stop' ever. Friendly, helpful and seemed so very interested in how to make our visit the very best.Would visit MK again JUST to visit Kia & this immense coffee experience.
