Today, me and my wife went to have a meal. The meal was amazing. I have got nothing to say about the meal , always kokkoro has the best .. but there is one particular staff who had very bad attitude among us, he is quiet young working in the cashier and serving at the same time, he didn’t hear us saying small portion, he has put a big portion of noodles, while we said it supposed to be smaller one, he got really pissed at us and threw the whole large noodles pack in the bin and smashed the microwave door also made inappropriate body language towards us, we were really embarrassed by that.Working in an industry like this , doesn’t promote such attitude coming from a kokkoro staff. I believe supervisor or the manager should have a word with him.

There isn’t any atmosphere. Few plastic chairs outside and no space. Not relaxing to eat there.Best meals are - hot tubs of foodBest sushi - if preshly prepared in front of youDo not recommend for takeout in the evening - old sushi and smells a little

Lovely restaurant in the mall with reasonable prices, the udon was good and piping hot, while the chicken katsu was crispy yet tender. The place could do with better cleaning standards however, the table I sat at was dirty from a previous customer yet was empty for a while.

Great tasting food with good portions. I always go for the chicken katsu curry with rice, had a nice kick to it. My children love the cucumber maki rolls and will not eat it from anywhere else. It's not cheap, nowhere is these days, but it's not that expensive either..

Stunning. Stunning food. Just amazingly good and a generously spirited team even when super busy. Thank you v muchThat was my review and I will leAve it but my experience was tainted by one staff member with their un-necessary sarcastic chat back at the end. What a shame.
Even if you’re picking up cold sushi that is ready to go, you have to queue behind 10-12 other people ordering hot food. Restaurant should allow sushi orders to pay while the slow hot food is prepared. Takes so long to get lunch when it could be improved by simply allowing customers who are ready to pay.

I must say, my partner gives me that look when we're together and asks what's for dinner and I respond with "it begins with K and ends in O".The food is so, so good. There's been only a couple of times where the chicken katsu or the sweet & sour has been sat out just a tad too long, however it hasn't pushed me away from coming back, it's trying to get there at the better time, I guess.HOWEVER.... Tonight (30-09-23) I was actually disappointed! It appears that they've increased the price of the food, not by much, but also reduced the size of the cartons which was the actual kicker, and by George it hurt bad!!! It's like what Cadbury's have done, increase price and reduce consumer goodness...The powers above have probably made this decision, so no blame on the guys in the outlet, however it would be good if this could be rectified back to how it was, thanks!

Perhaps people who have been visiting this restaurant might understand what I mean, they are going downhill, it's a classic sign when businesses open multiple national outlets and profit and loss statements become most important, even more than core values .Price hike, smaller portion boxes, recipes have been changed, new poorer standard noodles. Come on guys seriously ?The company does not respond publicly or privately but I do hope they secretly read reviews, I am posting the same on TripAdvisor.
