Krispy Kreme is okay. I think the rise in prices are a bit of a put off but that goes for many other places too. I would say almost £3 per doughnut is now a slight shock so, I got the 6box (mixed) that came to £13.99 and 1 kids fruitshoot £2.50. A lovely treat (won't be happening often) quality of products are great as usual and a veriaty of choices which made it abit of fun with all the festive choices.Kid-friendliness: Kids obviously welcome and highchairs available. Kids choices also available such as drink options.

Everything is a bit dull in this shop. Donuts are supposed to be sweet and happy food. But from presentation to service to ambience is all dull at this place.

I visited this shop on Sunday at 15:20, I was served my donut and coffee and was not told about it being take away only, I then asked if I could be seated and KIERON at Krispy Kreme told me he was closing at 16:00 and was not allowing any further customers to be seated as he has to tidy up, he then also forgot to add caramel syrup in my iced coffee and when asked to do so he was not to pleasant about it.He has very poor customer service and I felt very rushed to get out of the shop asap, I will not be returning anytime soon.

I do love their donuts though they are quite pricy. Last time we went in there the coffee machine wasn't working so we couldn't take advantage of their coffee and donut offer. Would go there more often if it wasn't so expensive.
I went there today at 5.30 to collect my birthday rewards treat and was told that the system has been down? Why wasn’t there another system in place? My birthday had been on the last days of the month and unfortunately the rewards is only available for the month. However, there was no attempt to rectify this, why offer such a reward if the systems are down?

Visited on a sunday. Closing time said 4 pm we thought we would have plently of time to order and eat it in,we still had 15 mins to spare.However by the time we got our order staff had blocked the tables and put chairs on top of tables. For customers not to sit down. Not the end of the world we took our order to go. But doesn’t look the best for customers! Not super welcoming. We had biscoff milkshake and oreo donnuts and it was amazing as usual. ??
