Came to rekindle the flame with my lover of 8 years. We have a 7 year old so the rekindling has been long overdue. Thanks to our server Joe, we had the best dinner and the cocktails (also made by Joe) were amazing. Thanks Joe

We went to the bottomless brunch for the new years and the night was amazing, the food was great as well as the service. All the working staff were a treat to talk to and looked after us making our night special and definitly one to remember. Big shout out to alice, Lidia, anton and ryan who went above and beyond to make our night the best one yet!

The service is good and the staff are attentive. The atmosphere is relaxed and really encourages you to talk and have a laugh with your friends. The food, I'm not a fan of assembling your own food as I find its like working for something you paid for lol. Its perhaps just my taste buds but I wasn't really a fan of the foods flavours my steak skewer also had a bit of a burnt taste to it so not sure if the grill hadn't been wiped after a few meals being cooked on it. It was an alright experience but that's mostly cos of the service and atmosphere and complimentary drink with our Christmas meal. Maybe you may have a better experience than I didParking: You can park next to the spa place for free after 6 or you can park in the sainsbury carpark for 3 hours across the road. You may have to buy a drink or something.

Entering we were greeted with a lady wearing a bun (who we assume to be the manager). She gave us the menus and said sit where you like…personally this can make a visit feel less personal and 2 very large tables were clearly reserved for other guests.We have never been and were left to assume that the QR code on the table was for us to order. As we went to order the system wasn’t working. We were left waiting around 5-10 minutes to have someone come over and ask what we would like for drinks. My partner was left no other option other than to get up and to explain to the male waiter that the QR wasn’t working and we would like to order. The gentlemen responded with “yes I know I’m coming”If you know the QR isn’t working why is it on the table?When the food came the burger was mediocre and definitely not worth £14 with an extra £4 for the skinniest fries we have ever seen. The burrito was mush on the inside and black burnt on the bottom. I personally did not like the burrito but rather than the waitress asking if my food was okay..she assumed I wanted to take it home.As seen in the pictures below..I don’t think I have ever seen more lumpy sour cream in my life and how a chef could send this meal out proud of it is beyond me.It was clear they were more concerned with their Deliveroo orders than anything else.Taco Bell could have done better.The experience wasn’t the worse we could have got and we could have caught them on a bad day but we have decided that we will definitely not be returning.

I had the opportunity to visit this establishment this week with 'The Wife'. When we got there, the place was pretty empty and we asked for a table for 2. The manager said 'I just need to clean the tables, but could go and get a drink at the bar' (that old chestnut I thought, as there hardly anyone there. We finally ordered our food and it took forever to come as I feel they were more interested in their Just Eat orders (other delivery companies are available). The food came 'warm and dried out' as if it had been standing there for a while. I told the waiter and he sent his manager over, after the waiter had already explained the situation. I really couldn't be bothered to argue anymore, so I said, just do me a fresh skewer, which came back a little more moist.Now its time for the bill. I was charged for a bottle of wine and 2 cocktails that I did not order. The waiter took it off and came with another bill, even though he tapped in the voucher code that allowed me 30% off the food, I had to send the bill back to have it taken off. My gripe is, what if it was an elderly person who went in there and felt like they HAD TO PAY it?Check and double check when you go into that establishment and try NOT to be RIPPED OFF

Magda, Adam, Joe and Antonio are the best servers ever. They made our bottomless brunch the most amazing brunch we ever had , they all was super attentive and knew how to have a laugh with us. They are the most polite and funny people you’ll ever come across in a restaurant, if you want a 10/10 service come see these guys
