Drive thru service is awful, took a long time to answer, never apologised.! Go to another if you can.

All as you would expect form a.McDonald's other than the fact the toilets were all blocked off which was a tad annoying, other than that quick service, and the food was nice and hot.

Today wasn't the best service from this restaurant that I've had, the self service kiosks flashed up your order number so fast no-one had time to read them plus the receipt printerwasnt working so no receips were being printed.For the time of morning that we went for breakfast it was really busy and the staff seemed to be struggling to get the orders out on time. One guy had been waiting for his order for about 20 minutes and had had other people who came in after him served first.Our order was on the collect screen for about 10 minutes before it even was ready

Today (09/03/24) in the drive thru area around 4-4.30am this lady was very unprofessional. I do not understand how she got a job there. Affecting the customers and the business revenue.Tried to order mcspicy redhot meal. She responded by saying we haven't got it in stock. Normally she should ask if you want anything else or at least wait for me to complete my order. She literally stopped speaking after the out of stock comment. Drove to the first window to order incase there was something wrong with their tech. She was not there or did not even try to come to that window. Went to the second window to let her know I want to order food. When we exchanged words she gave me the biggest I don't care attitude that just made me leave.Honestly I've moved from London to MK. The drive thru service in this city is awful.

Great place to visit lots of nice food the staff are always friendly and the premises are always clean. Visit here often with the kids and the Mrs seems to be a lovely quiet place to have a bite to eat.

Drive-thru: Absolutely always miss the sauces off the order! Even reminded them this time, but didn’t expect the need to ask again for balsamic dressing for my salad… guess what… dry salad for me.

I visited 10 minutes ago and I ordered £21 worth of food order it was a bad quality of food I called them many times to the store, once a lady answered the phone then cut the call off and then after she took the receiver off. Its been very bad service I won't recommend again to go to that store.
