30 minutes waiting time for an order in the restaurant , this is a joke. It's not possible . Train your employees, needs changing immediately!!!!!!!!! Don't come here if you are in a hurry!!

Worst ever delivery experience! The delivery guy went into a back street pretending to be lost (we were following him on the tracker) and when he finally got us the food we realised after he left that our delivery was unsealed, the bags inside the big bag was scrunched up and the bag rained over (it was raining outside). We thought maybe it was a bad McDonalds staff mistake. However, when we started unpacking, one mcmuffin was missing and one pancake boxes looked like someone opened it before. When we opened it, one pancake had a big bite in it. It was the most bizarre and disgusting thing ever! The delivery guy could’ve simply buy himself something with the tip we prematurely left. We should’ve taken more photos, just didn’t think on the moment because of the disbelief that someone would actually do that! We packed everything back and went to return. The McDonalds staff said to take it with the delivery platform. We said what delivery platform? We ordered from your website, you deal with the mess! It’s not my fault you allow these things to happen. They reluctantly said ok, we’re doing you favour, chucked in the bag whatever random stuff they found instead of what we ordered. Had to change several times. Honestly, what was supposed to be a nice family brunch with our eldest home from uni, was a mess. Zero stars or minus points I’d give if I could. Horrible approach.

The staff at this McDonald’s are very slow and often ignore delivery drivers. As drivers, we are not paid to wait excessively. This needs improvement for better service.

I can't even begin to express how frustrated I am after my recent visit to McDonald's. I ordered my go-to milkshake—a classic chocolate delight—only to unthinkingly take a sip and find myself face-to-face with the abomination that is vanilla! Are you kidding me?! This is not just a minor mistake; it’s the equivalent of serving someone a grilled chicken sandwich when they ordered a Big Mac!

First of all, how does this even happen? I understand that mistakes occur, but how hard is it to follow a simple order? I know I ordered chocolate! Was it too much to ask for a little attention to detail? I could taste the disappointment with every sip of that tasteless, insipid vanilla shake. It’s like I ordered a trip to Flavor Town and ended up stuck in Blandville.

To make matters worse, when I brought it to the staff's attention, I was met with indifference. No apology, no solution—just a lopsided grin and a shrug as if they don’t care about providing the right experience to their customers. If that’s the new standard for service, then count me out.

McDonald's used to be reliable, but this experience has left me seething. I expected better from a global brand. All I wanted was a delicious chocolate milkshake, but instead, I left with a bitter taste—not from the shake, but from the poor service and complete lack of accountability. If I wanted vanilla, I would have ordered it!

Get it together, McDonald's. I might start protesting your milkshakes until you start getting the flavors right! You’ve lost a loyal customer...at least until you figure out how to make a proper milkshake again!

Didn't give me my burger and I only realised when I got home, this absolutely appalled me as I wanted my burger so I went back and they gave me my burger but by then all me grub was cold so I had a cold Terry's chocolate orange pie with a solid rock of chocolate throughout. Absolutely disgraced and I will be letting the rizzler and the costco guys know. 0/5 booms.

I will never order delivery from this McDonald again ! Always missing item and nothing on the app to ask refund… I saw on other McDonald that they use a scale to make sure there is no missing item so will order there next time.

Drive through screens are advertising lower prices than actual prices, when challenged at payment window, they said they never knew and to proceed to collect my food, disgusting customer service and attitude !
