Awful they managed to mistake a coke with an oasis put brown sauce in the wrap when I asked for ketchup plus it took nearly 15 minutes and they only had 1 person brining out the food the sausage and egg mcmuffin was cold when it was brought out to me aswell

It maccie ds. But the staff are really polite, and it must be hard to remain polite on those late nights with East london ghettoness. I respect that. So well done staff. But please, can you make better chips and atleast salt them and change the oil. Thank you ?

Nice place right opposite the stadium, they have quite fun games for the children while waiting for our orders to keep them entertained

They always get our order wrong and they take a lot of time to make the order but the food itself is just like that of all McDonald's. Very inconsistent and not organized.

Waited at the drive thru whilst 4 other people were served in the other lane and told to wait when I said hello a few times.so decided to head into the empty store instead. There was mud all over the floor, and other litter including unopened sauces, cigarette butts and wrappers. Tried to use self service but didn't take contactless so paid at the till. Only two delivery drivers came in but had to wait 15 minutes between paying and receiving the food, all whilst sitting in a cold and dirty environment. All in all 27 wasted minutes for food which included a half full mcflurry with a miniscule amount of topping and most over the edge, and 3 cold burgers with 2 cold chips. Probably the worst experience ever.Update: thought I'd give it another shot, everything except the apple pie was stone cold. Sprite tasted like line cleaner and chicken burger tasted just weird.Update 2: ordered via their app and as usual one item missing and everything that should be hot was cold as always. Told to speak to Uber Eats, after a 15 min wait they will refund the missing burger and as the order was delivered on time will do nothing about it all being stone cold.

Sadly, our local McD has alot to do to improve their customer service..... I've reviewed many McD's on other platforms an this one sadly is the worst so far, incorrect orders, lack of product actually available, customer service is below poor.... They just fob u off with vouchers but never improve or learn from their mistakes ....Rude staff that deliver to the click n serve an then tell you to come in store next time !!!

In general this place can be hard work-you can order across all aspects but if you order on the app or within,things seem to take a while and you would be very wise to check before leaving-order problems seem frequent and rarely anyone to sort or help.As always delivery orders seem priority and the delivery drivers seem to push in thinking there more important, so the entire experience can really test your patience.

Popped in after football training and was pleased that the manager told everyone to allow 2 minutes silence for remembrance Sunday. This included the staff. Brilliant! Well done ?

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered through mcdonalds app via Uber Eats. Recieved my order missing a quater pounder and the rest off the food was freezing cold. Contacted mcdonalds who say need to go through uber eats. Contact them and they say can only refund the missing item as the delivery was made in time. The refund will be 99p as it was on the xmas offer. I'm now out of pocket and no food as it was not edible. How can they make a mistake like this when it was only 2 burgers, fries and a drink and a mcflurry ordered wasn't exactly a large order. Mcdonals need to sort themselves out happens too many time they get things wrong it's not rocket science to double check an order. This was a treat for myself as 8months pregnant but safe to say I won't order again. Surprised people still use them when they get so many mistakes wrong.

Mc Donald store as usual. Regularly visit this place. Kids go for happy meal toys but most of the time the toys displayed are not available and they give anything random which disappoints and makes them unhappy. All McD stores should either keep good stock of or remove from display to know it before buying.Parking: Store has mall parking but can go for huge westcroft parking

Ordered and paid by app. Told we had added and item, which we didn’t. Had to pay extra and then at the next window they said we hadn’t paid which we had. Asked to see bank app to prove this breaking Gdpr and then told its only pending “duh that’s how it works with banks”. Girl goes to the manager as says ‘give them their damn food” who the hell does she think she is, oh yeah Stephanie. Had a few cross words with her and reminded her she was there not to disrespect customers but train her staff in this. No wonder do many have attitude problems. Tried calling the manager since 7.30 this morning and after 20 calls nothing!!!!! Awful disgusting management and to add insult to the process it took 30 mins of which time our food had gone cold by the time we got home. Avoid this like the plague. 1 star is too high of a rating.
