Very disappointed, went for a quick cheap eat around 4:15 only to be told there was no food left ????? !!!!! Attached to one of the biggest supermarkets in the area and no food left ?

Decided to have some lunch whilst out shopping.Quick service, great food, great price.Will look at doing the same again when we have the time to sit down and take it easy....

Best jacket potatoe in a long time and lovely fresh salad. Lovely lady who brought it over. The only thing that let it down was I was last in queue and the lady serving just went. Although I was acknowledged by the lady making the teas, I was left standing there for about ten minutes. I very nearly walked away but glad I didn't. As I really enjoyed the food. Oh and the lady that disappeared was sitting in the restaurant on her break. ??‍♀️Dietary restrictions: Coeliac

Food was cold, due to it sitting in the window for about 10mins waiting for it to come out. Not much flavour. Jacket potato ordered Butter but was none on it. Ordered breakfast with poached egg and got fried. Bacon was fatty. And the prawn sandwich was flavourless and not very well filled.

A bit of a shambles really. Staff are fantastic but what's the point in ordering on the app with a table number when other people have cards which are also the table numbers?Morrisons need to figure out if they're going to stick to table numbers or using the card system, this system they currently have does not work. We waited over 40 minutes for a kids meal and 2 adults in the morning. The only reason it has 2 stars is because of the staff. The food is good quality though although when we received our order the apple juice was missing and didn't know who to ask

Restaurant was filthy, cutlery was watermarked and dirty. The girl behind the counter had an attitude as bad as the cold food. £30 I spent in there and I’m not quite sure on what. All the food has previously been cooked and very obviously been kept in the hot hold for too long . Trays with dirty food on right where you get your cutlery from. Handed plates which where caked in grease from the pass. Walking around you can see into the kitchen. If EHO had walked in when I did, they would have been shut down! Manager was on shop floor for some reason? Rather than helping the new girl who said “I’m new I have no idea what’s going on”

First breakfast cold, replacement breakfast cold. Server had bad attitude & very poor all round customers service & cooking of breakfast. Worst experience to date.

Today we decided to have some breakfast here. Before that we bought 2 croissant from greggs. Because our baby like the croissant there and she was hungry.But when we order our breakfast at morrisons cafe, a lady asked us to not brought food from greggs and it's not allowed. And I asked do you have croissants? She said no. And still wanted me to not feed my child with greggs's product.Well done lady. Guess what, you'll never see me inside this cafe ever again.Kid-friendliness: They don't care a bit about children and babies.

Everything is self order, went to a table as board on entry says use QR code at your table. There are no QR codes on the table, so back to the machine to order. Using the machine was quite simple, but it does not show what has gone through nor issue a receipt. Went to the drinks station to collect drinks, lady there was rude and stand offish. "You need to order at the machine". I politely replied I have done. "Well you will have to wait as I'm busy" Coffee cups were passed over on dirty saucers, so asked for them to be changed Ordered two breakfasts with poached eggs. Someone came over to tell us poached eggs would be a few minutes, not a problem. Less than five minutes later someone else came over to tell us they do not cooked poached eggs here, so why are they on the menu? Breakfasts came out, sorry one breakfast came out. Other one had not gone through on the machine. If teaching had shown what had been ordered, I could have sorted it. We will not be coming back

Really had my doubts about this Cafe, as PreCovid it had lost its touch and things were starting to go pear shaped, so , as you do, I skipped going there for obvious reasons...So I was really surprised when I popped in mid 2022 ( June) and found everything had changed for the better!!....great breakfast, snacks, tea, coffee bar etc...and a fast booking terminal....and quick service...well done Morrisons!....

Great food, BUT consistency is not there at all. Where should I begin, ahh yes... The butter, we had Anchor butter 2 pieces for 1 slice of bread cut in half, then they dropped quality and replaced that with Lurpak, then from 2 pieces of Lurpak we dropped to 1 and then , I had my slices buttered and no butter/spreadable provided. This has happened all in the span of a month and a half. No apologies, no explanation, nada. Price gone up in the meantime as well....DESPICABLE!!This is a review from someone who eats here ever morning! Mon -fri
