Food was excellent along with the service. Not been to Nandos for a long time and the new menu items were great, fair value for money. Some staff were definately more attentive than others who just appeared to want to talk to each other rather than concentrate on the job they are employed to do, not surprisingly it was the older staff who were getting on with things and attending to customers and most of the young ones who were to busy involving themselves with each other.I would return as the food was good and the member of staff who dealt with us was very friendly, helpful and engaging.

As always good food at Nandos, however I have the double chicken breast with fries. The chicken breast was unbelievably small, more like 1 breast cut into 2. I double check led the menu and it was meant to be 2x chicken breast. Spoke to the server, who said yes they are small. Not happy I would think twice before going again.

Great food! Even though it was a long queue, the server gave us menus in advance and we didn't mind sitting outside, so he offered us a table much quicker which meant that we didn't have to wait long - great stuff! I did find that there were quite a few staff members around, but they were all fiddling their thumbs, walking around like they were lost at times ?, nonetheless we had a good time there.

Ordered chicken wings and 1/2 chicken for lunch. Very well cooked chicken and succulent chicken wings. Great service too. 5 stars.

Staff at this hub is very welcoming and friendly. Service was brilliant and also offered us complimentary item since we werent aware we could use Bluelight discount and had already paid for the food prior. Definitely recommend a visit here and will be going here again without a doubt.

Although we had to wait to be seated, the queue went down quite quickly. Once we ordered our food, it didn't really take that long to come out, considering it was busy. The service was good and we really enjoyed our food.

Me and my partner both came in Monday for a quick lunch, and the loveliest man Fahad greeted us and was extremely attentive, kind and genuinely looked happy to be at work which is so lovely especially as we both work as chefs, we understand how it can be when it’s busy! Fahad deserves a raise and we both would be so lucky to have him on our own teams in our restaurant? On the other hand everyone seemed to be running about and making sure everyone was okay, besides i think Ben? with glasses who practically stood there doing nothing for the whole of our meal, it’s a shame seeing people put everything in to their customers and others don’t make an effort ??♀️ There was a smaller blonde girl wearing purple who was also lovely and made our day! i think she was some sort of manager? Food was lovely and enjoyed the experience will defo be coming back, Thanks!

Never to date had a bad experience with Nandos and still haven't as this place was good and on Brand. Service was great and to spec. Manager stepped in to ensure no cross contamination due to allergies. THANKS Again Nandos for great chicken, superb service and a great atmosphere.

Arrived just before 6pm in a group of 8, the restaurant was about half full. Was seated and told that there was a 20 minute wait for butterfly chicken which wasn't a problem as no one in the group was ordering it.We ordered via the app, the first four meals arrived around 15 minutes later and then the next two meals 10 minutes after that, this is when we were told that there was a 30 minute wait on all chicken.The team were friendly and apologetic, they brought a bowl of chips for the two people waiting for their meals, it wasn't until 15 or 20 minutes later that their meals eventually arrived and the rest of the group had already finished eating.As there was some young children with us, half the group had to get heading home while the rest of us waited for the other two to finish eating.Not exactly the best experience.I think the team just need better communication between one another so that customers are fully informed before placing an order.

Came here on Tuesday afternoon with my partner and newborn, and was served by the lovely Karis!She gave us a warm welcome, found somewhere cosy and suitable for us to sit with a pram and was very attentive throughout our meal - going above and beyond!The food was also wonderful and we didn't have to wait long at all.

My first time and my mums at Nandos for a family meal. Great service and nothing was too much trouble and not badly priced to be fair. Lots of veggie options and we were not disappointed with the food. I will definitely return.

Pretty happy. Slightly irritating that there are no allergens written on the menu. You have to sort of guess what you think should be ok, then go and ask the manager, who checks their tablet and says yes or no. The staff were all lovely and didn't seem to consider it a bother but it's quite a clunky system compared to other casual restaurants. Otherwise, food was great, we didn't feel rushed and there was a decent number of food options for our allergies.Dietary restrictions: Working out what allergens are in what dishes is a bit of faff and includes quite a bit of annoying guesswork. But there are at least a decent number of food options.
