Really helpful staff. Although I didn't buy a machine from this boutique, I later did from the Nespresso site, based solely on the advice I got from here. I can't remember the lady's name, but she was spot on.

Today I picked up my new coffee machine from the MK Nespresso Boutique. I loved chatting to the sales assistant who was very knowledgeable and so helpful, the assistant spent ages talking me through the different machines and plans and I even enjoyed a delicious coffee before I took the machine home.5 star service without a doubt. Helpful staff. Sampled two new coffees which we purchased, plus regular favourites. We were able to take our recycling bags as they have collection bin!Nice to be able to browse and try.
