Unfortunately me and my friends (2 couples) had an incredibly rude waiter which is a shame as the food was fantastic but the interaction at the end ruined our evening and completely dampened the mood hence only giving 2 stars.Like I say the food was great. They did forget to bring out one of our sides which we had to go and ask for which wasn’t really an issue. When it came to paying the bill the waiter reminded us that a gratuity was not Included in the price, I paid for me and my partner’s food and added on the tip for the whole table’s bill he was watching as I did this and said thank you. My friend paid for her and her partner’s but didn’t add on a gratuity and the waiter was looking over at the card machine and questioned this asking her ‘did you click at the bottom?’ (which is the option for no tip) and he then said ‘that’s very generous of you’ and then he walked off.The name Haigan was written at the bottom of the receipt we received.Doesn’t sound like much but honestly this was incredibly uncalled for, unprofessional and really left a sour note for our evening. I’ve truly never experienced this at any restaurant before and would suggest perhaps a refresher is needed in training here.The food was great but unfortunately won’t be returning due to this Interaction.

We have visited this restaurant several times and every single time the food, ambience and service are impeccable. They are especially hospitable to children which I appreciate immensely. Whenever I have friends or family visiting from out of town I make sure to take them here for dinner. I would like to say a special thank you to our server Ferhet today he was very attentive and service was top notch!

Very Good Place!!The food is obviously delicious and very filling, but the thing which amazed us the most was the speed and efficiency of service.The staff are friendly, the music is good, the décor is all around minimalistic but very Mediterranean.

I have been to the Olive tree restaurant before and as usual the food was delicious, I have to say I wasn't too impressed with the bread too garlic for me, but the main meal was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. The drinks were good too and the service was top. The restaurant was quiet when we arrived( we arrived earlier) but it was busy by the time we left, the staff were very helpful. I haven't visited for a few years and am happy to say it is still top on my Turkish restaurant. Will definitely visit again with my family.

I've been rushed, even the restaurant had only 3 tables occupied and barely opened. The server ignored my order a few times, only a friend of mine(male) ordered for me, he listened. Loved the food but you need to keep an eye out for the service...

I have come to the conclusion I dislike Turkish food ? got the sharing platter for 2 which should be renamed bone platter... mostly chicken wings very disappointed and the hummus was bland and tasteless.

The food here is delicious! Good presentation, fresh and full of flavour! I have visited the Olive Tree quite a few times now - the mocktails, cocktails and food were 10/10 everytime! There was one bad experience (which did not stopme going back again) with a waiter. If you go in a group and need seprate bills for work purposes, let them know when you place your order, not when you ask for the bill! Apart from that service and atmosphere is great!Parking: The parking is free after 6pm on weekdays, not sure about weekends.

We had a dinner as iftar there. Since we put a note about iftar, we were treated exceptionally well and food was ready on time. I'd like to thank Gulcan and Venky, they were all around.Gulcan, with her cheerful smile, made our daughter comfortable and happy.We ordered Olive Tree Special and Beyti Sarma, they were really delicious.And the complimentary bread and dips makes you feel in a small Anatolian village.
