The meal we ordered arrived 30 minutes after the time we were told it would and was missing one of the items. What we did get was some sesame prawn toast that was as tasteless as papier mache and several 'meat" dishes that barely contained a scrap of meat and had just been loaded up with green peppers & onions to fill up the boxes. Don't use them if you have another option.

Have been ordering from here for a longtime now, and as of late they keep leaving items off the delivery.A few weeks ago it was one item and then 2……..then 3 etc.tonight I was missing half my order! Half.Stay clear if you don’t want to be ripped off and pay for food that doesn’t turn up.Each time I have encountered a problem it’s been dealt with, but this is the last time. I will not be reordering

Took an online order and payment even though they were closed. Wouldn't press the refund button, told it would go automatically after midnight. I said but you have my money for food, now can't order more. No apology, wouldn't press refund. It's now the next day, the money has left their bank but not in mine and was told but staff it probably won't be until after Xmas now. They don't give a toss. Rude, ignorant and arrogant staff. Buyer beware with this establishment.

I placed an order on their website last. I received a call saying they cancelled my order as the kitchen is closed and they will refund me. I asked why the website is taking orders as they now have my money and I have no food or additional funds to order else where. They replied the bank will automatically refund me after midnight. I asked them to press the refund button and he said no that won't make a difference. It'll go automatically. It's now 12.08 the next day, no money through the bank so I called. They emailed proof of sent refund and said well it's a Sunday tomorrow and a holiday on Monday (Xmas) so you might not get it until after. No apology was offered for their mistake on taking a payment when they were closed, no sorry that I'm down 40 pounds at Xmas. Rude and ignorant staff

One of the best Chinese I have ever ate! There was loads of flavour and it was really tasty. On top of that the restaurant also offers discount if you order over the phone, which was a pleasant surprise and with really quick delivery too, my food came nice and hot

The staff are extremely rude my order never came I had to call a number of times in which the man accused me of lying about not receiving my order he also stated “ if you really didn’t receive your food you would have turned up at the store” when I replied that my 1 year old daughter was sleeping therefore I wouldn’t wake her to go and collect an order for delivery, he hung up the phone.I really couldn’t believe the rude customer service.Kid-friendliness: No acknowledgement of my parental responsibility
DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE 10/10! Lovely and smiley, understanding too! Ubereats doesnt let you track the driver and said delivery would be 21:25 so I went out at 21:00 to get a bottle of lemonade for my meal. Was running back at 21:08 after I realised ubereats didnt give an accurate time for delivery and the driver rang me to say dont run, I can slow down & he'll wait. (I know I apologised a million times but apologies again!) Food is good, rang restaurant for a query and they were so nice, all sound so smiley and lovely. Definitely will be ordering again, on fact, may become my go-to chinese ???

Ordered for delivery as i was craving for asian soup and was disappointed as it was so bland, tasteles same as the rest of the food. House special chow made was almost vegan as it had so little meats in it. I'm glad i have ordered beef in black bean sauce, as i mixed that with chow mein to add taste, which still didnt realy worked as it was bland as well ? if you craving for chinese food, then you want order somewhere else or have your spices ready!!. Also noticed that food hygiene rating is only rated 3, and if i saw that earlier, i would have avoided altogether.Very unpleasant driver from Uber eats, but i received it on time.

Revolting dangerous food revolting service, If you are looking for a review of weather to eat here as your usual takeaway is not open then this is your sign so DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE, I would like to start by saying the DUCK WAS OFF, it smelt off it had not been confid properly and was under done in the middle and quite obviously reheated incorrectly IT STANK, the cucumber spring onion Juilliene was SOGGY AND GOOEY and clearly off, don’t get me started on the wood chipping like SNP squid wich had its foul aroma under the batter masked with chilli and garlic paste so I had to bite into it before I knew this to was off OFF SEAFOOD! you are going to kill someone, I have kept samples of the food refrigerated and I will be contacting the EHO TOMORROW! I have worked in the catering Industry for 12 years now… take it from me folks stay away, also it was over an hour late, delivery driver just plonked outside my door, tapped lightly and ran off…DISAPPOINTED DISGUSTED DISGRACEFULthanks for reading
