After ordering at 12.28 the order turned up at 13.36It was cold, there was very little meat on the pizzas and they taste like the dough leaves a bad taste in your mouth as if it was going off.Not worth the wait or the money will not ever order again from them. Took my money claimed on the tracking app it said the pizza was delivered. I was relying on this to feed my children whilst I took my wife out for her birthday.The kids went hungry and we had to leave the restaurant early to get them some food. Ruined a special night and stole my money.I’ve tried ringing but no one is answering?Basically they took our money claimed it was delivered and delivered nothing. The Harrogate branch scammed us. I hope head office pick them up on this, but to be honest they probably don’t care.I usually ordered Dominoes but thought I would try Papa Johns. Big MISTAKE stick with Dominoes.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS , complained to them about a terrible experiment I had the Berkhamsted branch , they replied asking for the order number ( which was attached via picture) , I then verified this again only to not get a reply . Worst customer service I have ever received.

My encounter with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.My local chain in crewe gladly took my money and promptly vanished into thin air, leaving me without the pizza I paid for.Attempts to reach them were futile - no answer, no refund, just sheer frustration.Reporting to the Head Office was met with no response at all. They clearly don't give a...Labeling them as awful would be an understatement; this company is a disgrace to customer service. Save yourself the trouble, steer clear, and spare yourself the headache.P.s I highly recommend domino's

Waiting 3 h for my pizza and after calling pizza place and be lied 2 times that the pizza is on it's way plus they will call me back I drove to restaurantand find out I would never receive my food because they done mistake ..and they knew I'm waiting because I call them 2 times asking for my orderWaiting for my refund will never order again

Double charged for an order. Had to go through PayPal for refund.When checking email i had 2 order confirmations of identical orders 1 minute apart but had only received one order tracking. Only realised when i went to collect the order, manager said they had only made one order so he would refund me. The take away smelt funny when entering. This smell was infused in the pizzas. It smelt of old reused oil. Disgusting and never again.

I had a terrible experience at my local Papa Johns I Biggleswade - I complained to head office regarding the awful service and food at Biggleswade and highlighted all of the other horrific reviews from other customers going back 7 months etc - and they advised me that this particular franchisee has 35 stores ……. I have not heard back from Head office - it is obviously a case that they have sold out their values of the cash is coming in from dodgy franchisees……… disgusting!!!!
Just got home from getting pizza from papa John's in denton manchester to find the order was wrong mushroom pizza for a vegetarian had chicken and some disgusting sauce on it and the other hand the same sauce and onion when it should have been just chicken I phoned and they won't do anything and just kept saying I ordered that they think I am leaving it they are very much mistaken 23.73 for something we can not eat I don't think so

THE WORST franchises out there BAR NONE!!! How these lot lie and lie and lie is astounding!!It's infuriating the lack of basic English, selective hearing, playing dumb and passing the buck.

Manager at this store is extremely rude, half the time they get the order wrong or try to overcharge, avoid this Papa Johns better off trying somewhere else..

0 stars. Avoid like the plague. Dead fly belly up. 1st order ever made. Made at 00:28 17/7/22 Loughborough store. App said food arrived, it hadn't. Food arrived at 1am, their closing time. I called in the 10 mins up to closing as it said arrived..... but definitely wasn't, no answer. Seemed like call/order avoidance at end of shift. Opened the food, greeted with a dead fly belly up in garlic bread, which also looked quite dry. Maybe the poor fly died of dehydration. Hubby stopped mid chew and pulled a massive dark hair from his teeth embedded in his tater tots. Keep in mind this is our first Papa John's experience. Couldnt call as close by this point. Next morning got a feedback email. Replied straight away. Think their reply timescale was 5 days. This was on 17th July...its now 29th July. They just don't seem to care. Baffled. Today I rang customer service HQ. Reception passed me through to the unmanned Customer service team. I kept trying their number as it just cuts off with no answer. I went to the company directly more than once to put things right. Only 1 lady tried calling back and when I returned her missed call, no answer. Despicable food hygiene and absolutely appauling service all round.
