They have some nice sandwiches, their pastas are delicious although quite small portions and their coffee is decent. Especially the Christmas blends. Not too keen on their soups I have to admit.

My Veggie Deli Rye Roll was lovely. The mustard mayo, gherkins and pickled cabbage gave it a great taste. With the pickled veg this felt like a healthy choice too.My coffee was a filter with soya milk, Many thanks to the server (Sydney) and the barista for being patient when I mentioned the soya milk a bit late.I had my meal as a takeaway.Rye Roll + Filter coffee: £6Vegetarian options: Veggie and vegan options are labelled on the items in store and on the website.

Food at Pret is nearly always 10/10 and the coffee is great too - I way prefer their cold brew to Starbucks. This particular store has fantastic staff, very friendly and attentive. It's relatively quick service for a hot drink when they open in the mornings which helps as it means I don't worry about nipping in for a drink before work!

I’m here every morning during the week since I’m in central mk each morning and I have the subscription. The staff are faultless. They really build a good rapport with customers and always remember mine and several other customers orders. The service is brilliant, drinks taste great and the food is all freshly made. They are also on Too Good To Go which is brilliant as they are preventing food waste and you get lots of Pret goodies at an incredibly discounted price.Highly recommend it here!

Idiotic staff with idiotic rules. You are not allowed to buy a toastie and eat it at home. It is "forbiden" to toast your sandwish at home. Why? We were told "because" . Avoid.
Great customer service but the most annoying thing is that there is extra charge if you eat in on individual items .

I’ve been to this Pret store many times and had good experiences however recently the standards have become worse if not non-existent. Visited today and the server could barely speak English and was barely audible while she also yammered/mumbled away in what seemed like chitter chatter with her equally ignorant colleagues behind her. There was no sense of customer service or any sense of urgency. Things are usually up to standard when the blonde manager is around so I must have visited at a time when she was away. I will instead take my custom to other nearby coffee shops in the Milton Keynes shopping centre. The John Lewis cafes that are adjacent to this Pret store have a slightly better sense of customer service. Get your act together Pret.
