Had an offer on the Shell app for a bar if chic when I purchased 30 litres of fuel, which I had done. Guy at till told me to show the barcode on the app when I paid. Logged into app, got the barcode up paid and then had app scanned. I asked for chocolate...he laughed and said you need to select the offer before scanning. I didn't know, not used app before, but he knew I wanted that offer before I even paid, but didn't explain that, or advise/help...just laughed and said try again...read full review

Price on the Display outside stated Diesel £1.97 p/l. But to my surprise when filling up it was £2.06p/l. I asked the person serving he did not know what to say. Just looked at me stammering.
