Went there for a long lunch with my sister. Very similar experiences to others here. Service seemed to be all over the place. I can forgive all of that but we stayed there for 2hours and 17 mins. I received a £100 fine from the car park (which I appreciate isn't owned by them). It wasn't clearly signposted. I've not bothered to contact them as others have an I can see they don't get any help. Turned out to be a very expensive lunch with a mediocre service. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Anyone who thinks that ordering your coffee from Starbucks is an impersonal experience hasn't been served by the current fabulous team at the Drive Thru! I was served by Logan again today who was an absolute star, great service, really friendly & he never fails to make me laugh on my coffee run ! Happy Christmas

Took a while for a cappuccino to appear. When it did it lacked the coffee hit. Spent cups left on the table. Reasonably comfy seating but difficult to hear to talk if noisy clients in. Staff were polite but could clear tables and circulate more.

I hadn't visited one of these cafes for a long time - previously I had some very bad experiences with weak coffee, but I thought perhaps that things may have improved over time. How wrong I was!! I ordered a cappuccino, but what I had was certainly disappointing - once again the coffee was of a paler hue than the froth on top and had it not been for the addition of cocoa & cinnamon powder on top then it would have been totally tasteless. I am surprised that they can still get away with selling drinks like this - I'm sure there has to be at least a hint of a coffee bean within the drink!! What looked promising only deceived and I left the place scratching my head and wondering if, in fact, I had ordered boiled milk instead!! I will NOT be returning here!! A nightmare for coffee lovers everywhere!

Six members of staff behind the counter who were more interested in gossiping than clearing tables. The tables were stacked high with dirty cups etc and the counter was dusty and filthy.

Wife and i found it quite funny what a sh!t hole this starbucks was. Out of all ginger bread drinks and also sweetener. Doors were bust. No tables cleared. Staff bloke was pushing proper loud trolleys through the main seating area.

Drinks can be very hit or Miss depending on who served you and what you order. Lots of rats around the bins but generally the staff are helpful and friendly. I have had a few occasions where I have been served the wrong milk but customer service are fantastic

This seemed like an okay starbucks until I saw a family of rats feasting at the bin nearby. The rats weren't on the premises and the stuff in the bin was actually McDonalds leftovers, but it still put me right off seeing multiple, not at all scared, rats nearby.

The ICED FRAPPÉ’s were warm… It took 25 minutes to get to the window. When we got to the window, the staff were standing around talking about music types with their backs to the window. The was no regard for customer service. The wrong panini was given to us in the bag, after the man declaring it was a ‘steak and cheese panini’ but i fact it was a tomato one, which was discovered after driving off. CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN GOING TO THIS STARBUCKS… If you manage to wait for them to actually serve you.

I have been coming for coffee very often and using the drive through parking area and sitting outside , got a £100 fine for staying 2.30 hours as it seems that the parking area through their drive through doesn’t belong to Starbucks and they cannot do anything about the fine. The parking doesn’t have any visible signs in the drive through only outside the drive through. Tried to speak to a manager who didn’t even want to listen and replied straight saying it doesn’t belong to them the parking their drive through. All I wanted to say is to raise a complaint to the manager so that they speak to owner of the car park to put some more signs and it was not easy to pass that feedback as the supervisor kept talking back without listening.

I ordered Espresso Macchiato this afternoon and was given a take away cup 3/4 full of frothy milk with a shot of espresso in it. Staff did try and make it again for me but still seemed to think that it should be like flat white or latte sort of drink. The last straw though was when I showed them a picture of what the drink should be on the starbucks.com site and their answer was that they are taught to make it that (their frothy milk drink) way. I just drank the flat white monstrosity thing in the end but have kind of given up on starbucks now.

Some staff members are polite and hardworking as you would expect but are let down by a un professional manager and other employees. I've worked in cafes before myself and having a social element to work is great but at this starbucks its a bit too far. I heard staff having arguments amongst themselves, shouting at each other even when serving customers including the manager moaning about the lack of upselling while I was being served. I thought that was bad in particular because moaning about staff not trying to get customers to spend more money in front of customers is appalling. They were also all talking about their weekends very loudly, moaning about taking out the bins, about stuff on the work group chat and how there's too much of people's personal belongings in the back. This even happened when staff were on break and sat in the main seating area and the staff behind the bar were then talking even louder to talk to the staff member literally sat amongst the customers. Even the manager was participating. I would only ever talk like this when working in retail when on my break. If the bar was closed off like a kitchen in a restaurant I would understand more but an open bar when customers can hear everything is just appalling. This is probably why the drive through takes so long because they are always more focused on talking. The manager sat at the tables next to me to do a stock count of crips at the same table as a staff member on break eating food. Her food crumbs fell out her mouth and onto the crips packets and the manager failed to notice. She had the crips spread out across the dirty tables and failed to clean them beforehand. She then proceeded to open a packet of Crisps saying loudly to a staff member behind the counter to remind her to pay for them later and was eating a packet of crips while counting and touching crips packets that other customers will open with their hands and assumer they are clean and eat the crips when her saliva from her fingers are on the packets. This is absolutely disgusting I was appalled. The toilets are just as disgusting as a night club toilet on a Saturday night I didn't even want to use it at all. There is no toilet rolls on holder so you have to hold the toilet roll which has been held by multiple people, the seat is covered is wee and especially in coronavirus times this is disgusting. I also used the drive through on different occasion and waited 30 minutes to be served when there were only 4 cars in front. I actually saw people park their cars go inside and drive off instead of waiting so they must know how bad the drive through is. At that point what is the point of having a drive through? They also gave me the wrong drink size and I saw them just tip the drink into a large cup making the whipped cream get all mixed into it and then top it up with slightly more milk and whipped cream. Didn't even get an apology. We also had to ask numerous times for a drink holder and with an order for 4 drinks so you would have thought we would be given one anyway. I feel really bad as I know how hard retail can be and the manager talks to the staff like crap so they all probably hate being there so they don't care about being good at their jobs which is why the rating for this starbucks is the lowest in MK. A change in management with a new vision of better customer service and cleanliness is desperately needed. The area manager needs to get involved at the situation at this starbucks especially after so many bad reviews.

Disappointing to be upgraded in drink size without being asked. Didn’t realise until I had taken the drink away ! Very slow service.
