We got in ask asked for 2 tables for 9 and when we found 2 and walked over the girl rolled her eyes sat down got drinks and ordered food and everything was going well got my little sisters order wrong and sent it back with no fuss I specifically asked for no tomato in my burger and it had tomato in it was just going to eat it while eating my chips I found a long hair in my food and the waitress said oh it’s just the cheese food was nice but abit cold I also found worked with food so I know that if something is wrong you are supposed to offer a dessert/ drink free wasnt to fussed when they didn’t ask though don’t think I will be going back thereDietary restrictions: With the whole tomato situation I feel like they didn’t take it seriously because I could have had a severe allergy to tomato’s and they brushed it off

Awful place, tables and seatssticky with god knows what !! Wasn’t greeted at the door onNew Years Day !had to go looking for someone , s Looks like it’s run by teenagers. Asked if I could sit at a table to order a drink as my knee is injured so I can’t sit on a stool. One says “no”!! But a lovely member of staff did say yes. No straw with cocktail . Just awful won’t be back

Our server Carly was really lovely and helpful. Made sure we were OK and was available if we needed her. The food was great. Burgers were gorgeous and always love their sweet potatoe fries. Lovely atmosphere. Great service. Overall lovely place to go for food no matter the occasion

it was very good i was there with my family and had a chicken tenders and it was so good the drinks were also very good and it was good i love this place if you ever get a craving for chicken come to fridays they have the best???
What a great family experience. From the moment Kirsty greeted us she was the best host we could of hoped for. Having a toddler and a 7 month old we know we can be hectic but she put us at ease and made the hope lunch enjoyable and we will definitely be heading back. Also, the free baby food and means to heat it was a very welcomed touch. Thank you.

Very helpful from time set foot in the doors. Although two of us due to it not being busy they accommodated our request for a booth. Even gave us a table for 4 for extra space. Was served by a lady called Kirsty who was very helpful and welcoming. No waiting and always checked on us throughout our visit incase we wanted anything else. Great service

Great food , large portions but extremely expenses. Most starters are around the £10 mark and mains around £25 mark. Service was brilliant but be aware of the rising costs of the chain!
