The trainees who work at the Brasserie were really friendly, attentive and helpful. We had delicious burgers that were served with onion rings and triple cooked chips. I had the chicken burger which had a beautifully crisp coating and was absolutely delicious. The onion rings were fab! The staff who waited the tables were smiling and engaging as were the drinks station team and the chefs. We had a great meal and are all looking forwards to going back again soon.

The best indie restaurant in MK! This restaurant is under the MK College umbrella and offers a taste menu every Thursday evening, off-site services and special one off events.The team are great and friendly and know how to deliver a brilliant array of menus.

This is a teaching kitchen and restaurant. Allowances need to be made as the trainee chefs and waiting staff are all students with adult supervision. However, having paid £20 for this lunch I was disappointed with the poor quality of the food, the discrepancy of portion sizes and presentation.
If you want to try the best quality cusine of Michelene star quality without breaking the bank this is the place to go. Also you are helping tomorrow's top chefs learn they're trade. The taster night on a Thursday is a must.
