Where to begin? I was there for a pleasant meal with my family before it ended in tears. Firstly it took an age for our food and drinks to be ordered and from there it took a long time for the drinks to even come out. Bear in mind the restaurant wasn’t even busy, and this is taking into consideration that this is a local business and so there is additional patience. Between the first and last meal which came out (and not all orders were fulfilled mind you as there were errors including a plate which contained allergens after specifying this initially) it took around 40 minutes. Although we were frustrated, we were respectful to the staff and when we asked for the manager she came to us, all guns blazing, and was being incredibly rude and dismissive. Unfortunately her staff were upset from the scene which unfolded which is sad, but if the manager spoke to us without the brashness that she did, then we would have all been better off. In the end we were insulted with the notion of “wanting a free meal”. Very disappointing.

Came for breakfast and got the breakfast burritos, really recommended they were so nice and full of food very filling, we got drinks too and the prices are so good for the quality you get. Everything about this place is so nice and will deffo be coming back❤️

The gamechanger kitchen is lovely. They hosted a baby shower for a friend and she had a great time.The food, setting and service was great.

The staff were helpful and polite the food was AMAZING the Mum to be had the best day - Would 100% recommend for private hire as well as I have been for a coffee lunch and breakfast and loved it every time!Kid-friendliness: I have been with my friends and children and it is such a nice place as it’s so child friendly.

Food arrived after 1 hour.Every order bar 1 was wrong.Staff were perfectly fine however management was rude.Also very cold in here, turn up the heating.

Fabulous food, proper tasty. This is my 3rd visit loved it every time.Great atmosphere, wonderful staff. Timely service.Only thing Can get a little chilly, so dress warmly.Kid-friendliness: Accommodated my son choice of pancakes.
