It's a nice little shop, if not over priced but for a tea lover you can probably find a gift. However, for such a small shop and with more staff than customers I do not need to be asked by three different members of staff if I need any help. I actually said to my wife if they ask once more I'm leaving. Leave people alone we know how to ask for assistance!

This is a beautiful shop. It never disappoints. I especially love all the variety of teas and hot chocolates. This time I treated myself to biscuits and jar of luxury hot chocolate plus my usual Assam. Thank you ladies, we come back every time. You must visit this place, they also sell tea cups and various tea pots. Excellent as gifts.

I always receive wonderful service here. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative. They're in no way pushy when it comes to selling, which puts me at ease when it comes to stepping into the shop.I unfortunately didn't get the names of the two staff members who helped us yesterday (02/04/22). But they were both really sweet and helpful.

Completely ignored. Wanted several bags of coffee but the long haired guy and old lady with blonde hair apparently would rather spend time having a giggle near the store room than serving customers. Merry Christmas. Sort your staff attitude.
