What a beautiful cafe, I have heard about it and visited it for the first time today with a friend. The cafe was very quiet, it is beautiful with lovely tables. The coffee was lovely and the brownie was a bit dry but lovely. I will visit again for the cake.

Took my Mum for afternoon tea for Mother’s Day. First time visiting and it was absolutely delicious. The whole tea was clearly made fresh and i think it’s a nice touch that you can pick your own menu.The service was very friendly, welcoming and both women were very attentive.I would definitely recommend a visit!

I appreciate it was ten to four on a Saturday afternoon, but when the OPEN sign is still shining in the window. People inside and tables outside. We asked for two cakes, one regular coffee and one large. We were told as it was eight minutes to four, they could only provide Take Away. We couldn't argue with that, seeing as they had been chatting for two minutes whilst they were washing up. The 2 cakes arrived in a box and two small cardboard cups arrived = £16 ? I asked if they were take away prices but no the prices were same.We left the shop and seeing it was a lovely sunny day, decided to sit on the chairs outside that are provided. Went to sit down and it collapsed and I ended up on the floor. Got another chair, sat down, opened the box and there weren't even any napkins or forks in there. Not sure how you can share a box to eat one of those cakes! Drove home in the end with our treats. Very disappointed that the coffee was not hot by then and the cake wasn't the best either for the price paid.

Today (28/12/23) myself and my friend Katie went along to enjoy our pre booked premium afternoon tea, and WOW! we wasn’t disappointed the choice of meats, cheeses, biscuits, sandwiches and cakes was amazing. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted amazing! The staff were very attentive making sure everything was ok and checking if we needed our drinks topping up (we both had tea). Even better we could have what was left boxed up so we could take it home which meant nothing was wasted ?. Highly recommend and the best afternoon tea you’ll ever have. Thank you ❤️

So happy with my little girls first birthday cake. It was always going to be difficult as her birthday is so close to Christmas but they were able to make a beautiful and tasty vegan cake. The whole family enjoyed it and it made my little girls birthday extra special. It also looked exactly how we had discussed. Thank you
The cakes are lovely, the decor is great. Seating is varied, sofas too low for the table. You have to go to the counter to order which is fine we ordered three toasties 3 coffees and 3 cakes. The cakes came first then one coffee then one sandwich. So disjointed. However the worst thing was the place was freezing, on a cold december day they had air con on and everything was blowing, not sure if it had to be that cold to keep the cakes fresh but very uncomfortable we had to put Coates on. Probably great on a hot summers day, its no wonder the place was empty, such a shame

I ordered a birthday cake for my Mums 60th. All done over Facebook message, I sent some reference photos and chatted through colours. When j picked the cake up it was more than I expected, it was beautiful, decorated with incredible flowers and macarons, and even a happy birthday topper. It was so beautiful and tasted incredible. Worth every penny. Thank you!
