Literally the worst Starbucks I have ever experienced in my life. For starters the service was abysmal. It wasn't busy - a queue of 4 including myself with at least 5 staff including the manager yet it took 25minutes from ordering to receiving my drinks. Two people behind me received their drinks first. Next onto the drinks themselves - I ordered 2 coldbrews. Simple enough. They were the worst tasting drinks I have ever had. They just tasted of watery milk like it contained no coffee or flavour at all. Completely ruined my day.

Shocking service from the staff. Driving back from London on a hot day and wanted a frappe, got turned away with a simple “sorry we don’t have them today” no other option was offered and no reason why. As a old working of Starbucks. I know that they just didn’t want to make one. Very very poor service. Not the Starbucks way!

I don’t care how good is your coffee but when you don’t have good attitude I don’t like your coffee the lady need to be retrained
Make sure Jay serves you he understands the cinnamon roll rules. He has a great attitude to his job too.
